I know there is a labor shortage. I expect the line to be slow. I expect my order to be wrong 1 of 5 times. But the one thing I... cannot tolerate is cold fries. This McDonald's is notorious for serving cold fries. I cannot remember the last time I had hotfries at this location. I will visit right in the middle of a dinner or lunch rush, and still get cold fries! I don't even howthat is possible. The only correct way to serve french fries is to go from the fryer, salted, boxed, bagged and in my hands inunder 60 seconds. Leaving the fries sitting under the heat lamp for any longer than that is unacceptable. There are too manyother McDonald's in the area that get it right for your team to get it so wrong. Both hamburgers had cheese when specifically asked for no cheese. The tags on the wrapper even said no cheese. And of the two... other burgers we ordered, one didn't have a beef patty. C'mon! Read more
This location has gone down hill since it switched ownership. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had issues. From missing items in... my order, items being out of stock to getting a chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Take the extratime and drive to the Tipton or noblesville locations and skip the headache! Read more
Went to dine in at this location and got a number for our table. They didn't even bring our food just called the number. What's... the point of the table number?? Never had the breakfast burrito be so tiny and one was squished. Everything else was fine butcome on. I will say there tea is amazing. Read more
Stopped by with my daughter on our way out of town. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, sweet tea and 6 piece nugget. Burgers had... no sauces or pickles, tea was not sweet and the chicken nuggets were closer to jerky. I ate little and threw it up. My daughterhad an upset. Very disappointed as this is a rare treat. Slow service, ALWAYS I mean 99.9% of the time out of what you want. Ice cream is the #1 they are out of constantly which i hear... is because the workers do not want to clean it on shift changes. Also i just tried ordering a Sunday and they said well we havethe ice cream but no fudge.. that to me is very hard to believe. McDonald's is such a large corporation and for them to give notjust me but many people I know a horrible experience every time they go there is ridiculous. Their prices have gone up and youmay as well go to subway or much more quality place for the same price now. Extremely disappointed after one aweful experienceafter another. I go almost Dailey to this McDonald’s & never again!! I get a Carmel frappe almost everyday & sometimes food. Today I got my... frappe & fries. Both were horrible. I called to complain & right in the middle of the conversation the guy hung up on me. RUDERUDE!!! I’m done with you horrible people. Read more
