Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean bathrooms. The gas prices were the best in the area.
I went to the Byrne Dairy in Cicero to get the 1.00 half moons. I bought 3 and was charged 1.59 each at register and then... informed after checking with 2 employees they were no longer 1.00. I told them I did not want them. They then proceeded to throwthem in the trash instead of selling the 3 in the bag to me for what I thought was 1.00each. That makes good business sense!! Read more
I usually have a nice experience coming to this store but I went in today didn?t really talk to the man working, but the guy was... obviously having a bad day and I could tell by his attitude and how he went around slamming things and sighing. Being that Ialso have a job, I understand completely that sometimes people have bad days; I just wish he would?ve handled it better. Not sure who the owner is. Would love the personal email address. This Byrne dairy is the worst I have been to. The employees... are rude. They congregate and talk about personal life in front of customers waiting. Stood in line for at least 3 fullminutes while a store employee tried to figure out his phone payment. All the while he was swearing and the girl behind me wasan off-duty employee asking the woman making subs when she could come outside and smoke. The manager on duty did nothing.
