It's too bad this company isn't more in line with basic social decency/humanity, because the dining experience was better than... I've had in some sit down restaurants. The cashier had a really great attitude and seemed really happy to help us despite thepressures of working in the fast food industry post-pandemic. I wish I would of taken pictures... There was not a thing fresh about my meal. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A and not been... over satisfied with my meal and or service. Mind you my service was still amazing but my food was.... Augh I hate to say it, itwas awful. I was asked to pull around to wait for my hot fresh food, which I actually never encountered at a Chick-fil-Abefore and when my food came out they were not fresh, I asked for extra pickles. I received two... Honestly I don't care whereyour restaurant is located. A company standard is a company standard and I have always felt that this particular chain hasalways prided their selves on amazing customer service and accuracy and food quality tonight my friends was an epic fail. So I have to say, it really did live up to the hype! I hadn't ever been here before and we made a stop on the drive home and I... was very impressed. Their customer service was incredible, they were very polite and kind, and the food was definitely 10/10!Prices were very decent and even though there was a long line for drive through they moved very fast though it and it wasdefinitely worth the short wait in my opinion! First time there, got a kids meal of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese with lemonade. Employees were friendly. Had heard alot... about mac and cheese so wanted to try it. The dog had the nuggets as I am vegetarian & I had the mac. Mac tasted good but waslukewarm . Nuggets were good size but one was all crust, no meat. Lemonade was awesome. Will give it another shot. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good and juicy. The waffle fries could of been a little more crisp but... they where still good. I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce. Good food, but very slow on delivery to your table. Extremely dirty. The trash can was over flowing when we got there and was... never emptied our entire time there.... we had to wait for our table to be cleaned off before we could sit...
