Normally I would give 5 stars as the food is great. But on my last visit, a phone order with a scheduled pickup time. I stood 10... minutes waiting for ANY acknowledgement at the window, 3 girls looked over but then ignored me. The whole time the pizza makerpretending I didn't exist, as I was walking out the door(was going to leave empty handed after being ignored) he finally saidsomething. I give my name and he walks over and pulls it off the oven, it had been sitting up there before I had walked in thedoor. Food wasn't that good this time either, wings were cold, pizza was warm but didn't have that fresh look I'm used to.Debating on whether I will continue to be a customer, was not happy as timed pickups are for a reason. Also this was the firstexperience for a couple of my guests who wondered why I highly recommended to order from Cicero Country Pizza, they were notimpressed either! Read more

Best pizza and wings around Syracuse Area!
Stopped here for the first time on Mother's Day. The server was scarastically hilarious ???? and fit our personalities well with... 2 of our kiddos. Highly recommend the Gigantic Calzone. Not too busy and didn't wait too long. I'd say it's a hidden gem andwe'll be back! Spent about $50 for the 4 of us and the kids Combo meal was a home run for an indecisive eater. ???? Read more

Phenomenal pizza! We got a pepperoni and garlic pizza. We chose this place because of other reviews and they were definitely... right. Amanda was our waitress and she was great- quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. We also tried the fried dough, which Idefinitely recommend. Overall, great experience. Read more
