This location always takes forever so I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait so long, when I arrived they hadn't even... started my order even though there were only two cars in line and no one in the dining room. When I was waiting for my food I was by the ovens there was a bigger woman who had very short hair, making my food. I was... watching her as I saw her reach into her pants and scratch her groin area (with the gloves on) and continued making my food.Instead of saying something I threw my food away and left in disgust. We went through the drive thru and the first thing we ordered was a breakfast sandwich and they said ?it?ll be a few minutes on... the sandwich? and we were like ok, how long? then they said nothing. We continued our order and she was like ?Great. 23.16? withan attitude. We weren?t rude, just a normal order. And then when we got to the window she had an attitude and ripped my card outof my hand and said ?pull around.? And then came out to our car and nearly threw our food at us and didn?t say a word. Apparently the toaster at this location does not work. Last 3 times I have ordered bagels, I have ordered them toasted with... veggie cream cheese. All 3 came without being toasted. This is the 3rd strike. I have 2 Dunkin's near my home and this one isthe only one that does not under stand what TOASTED means. I've tried calling and the message always say's we are busy try againlater. My time is just as valuable as anyone's so I'll just make my complaint here. Read more
This is one of the worst Dunkin?s in the area. I don?t think I ever have gotten my coffee 100% correct when ordering here. There... is always something missing or never the amount of things I asked for. Aside from always messing up my order, the older managerwoman is consistently unpleasant. She lacks all personality at the window by not greeting you at all when you get to the windowby simply handing you your coffee and taking payment. Not a single word out of her until you?re about to leave and you might geta ?thank you? or ?have a good day?. Listen I understand people can have bad days but the amount of times this has been the caseno longer falls under ?having a bad day? if you can?t offer the customer service that?s needed at the drive thru window, don?twork the window. I order the same drink every day. When the regulars are on its usually right. Some days I need them to tweak it. But never a... problem till today. Rude is all I can say about one employee who had no business putting in her two cents. I was willing to payfor a second drink, but because my first one was not as ordered they gave it to me. She was huffing and puffing making rudecomments. Thank You to the workers who get it right daily ?? Even my six year old grandson commented on how rude she was being.That says it all! Read more
