I usually got to this location on the way to work with my wife and I got to say, the morning staff never misses a beat! The oder... is always right and pretty consistent. Staff has been friendly enough...not necessarily smiles and rainbows, but definitely notrude by any means. Read more
This place is an embarrassment. It doesn't matter how many cars are in line at the drive thru, expect to wait 15 minutes for a... coffee. 6 people working in the place...1 making coffee and 5 pacing like lost puppies. Guy working the register was proabbly5, yet had the personality of a 4 year old. Does anybody work anymore or is this the new society we live in? I would like to give a shout-out to Derek at this location. He?s always on top of his game and making sure the customers are... satisfied. If I could leave 0 I would. I stopped here randomly to grab a snack for my kiddo and I. I got her the snack bacon, Everything... was fine until I went to give her a piece, it was fridge cold and floppy and looked raw NOT EVEN 2 MIN LATER. I can get roomtemp but fridge cold??? She?s 15 months old that could?ve been bad for her if I just gave her the little bag and didn?t check.Then I tried calling them because I?m frustrated and it seemed like they picked the phone up and set it down so it would stopringing.
