This place is an embarrassment. It doesn't matter how many cars are in line at the drive thru, expect to wait 15 minutes for a... coffee. 6 people working in the place...1 making coffee and 5 pacing like lost puppies. Guy working the register was proabbly5, yet had the personality of a 4 year old. Does anybody work anymore or is this the new society we live in? I would like to give a shout-out to Derek at this location. He?s always on top of his game and making sure the customers are... satisfied. Including today when I wanted to try mocha in one of my drinks, a drink that mocha typically is not offered in. Itwas absolutely delicious. So thank you Dunkin and thank you Derek! Read more
If I could leave 0 I would. I stopped here randomly to grab a snack for my kiddo and I. I got her the snack bacon, Everything... was fine until I went to give her a piece, it was fridge cold and floppy and looked raw NOT EVEN 2 MIN LATER. I can get roomtemp but fridge cold??? She?s 15 months old that could?ve been bad for her if I just gave her the little bag and didn?t check.Then I tried calling them because I?m frustrated and it seemed like they picked the phone up and set it down so it would stopringing. Then I called again and it was making the ear piercing start up noise of old internet on older computers. Absolutelyridiculous. Read more

Well they got the orders correct on the first go round,so that's really saying something! Dunkin Donuts is still in my opinion... very over priced. $13 for 2 medium iced coffees and bagel bite. A lot of the time we end up driving thru and then need to pullaround and park because they have butchered the drink orders. However this trip wasn't so bad. South Bay Rd Dunks for the wintoday!
