Totally new Employees. A lot of Turn over. The always run out of Vanilla frosted Donuts and refuse to tell manager to order more... for each day. Get your Coffee wrong many times. Workers that stay get the experience and the Coffee is made perfect then theyare gone. Read more

Rude attitude most of the time. I often travel to another location that?s out of my way just to avoid the attitude I get from... the older cashier at the drive-threw. She will rush your order to you and shut the window without saying anything. What?s evenworse is when you have a missing item so you have to sit there and wait for her to open the window back up to tell her what itemyou?re missing and her irritability becomes even more noticeable. Lousy customer service. The girl that took the order was rude, then at the window she handed me my two drinks, said you're all... set, and went to walk away at which point I said, I just need the two donuts. She shrugged and went and got them, handed themtoo me and walked away. Look, I'm not expecting a world class experience getting a coffee, but ffs, if you can't be bothered todo a customer service job and even fake a good attitude, maybe don't have that job. Read more
First, let me say I usually get outstanding service here. This has been my DD for years. The last two trips have not been... pleasant, unfortunately. I use On the Go most often so there is more than enough time to get my order correct. Both times, Iwas given only part of my.order and had to request the rest of it. Today, I was curtly asked, "Is it on the receipt?" Thereseems to be a new person at the drive thru and the first time this happened I just chalked it up to 'new person having a badday.' Since today was the same person and the same attitude, I'm thinking this person maybe better suited to a position withoutso much interaction with the public. Jeesh! Read more
