I called at 7:40 to ask for an 8 PC meal with extra crispy chicken and also I would pay extra for it to contain 3 breasts and 5... legs and I was told No, he closes in an hour and a half and he was not dropping any crispy chicken, I said I was calling aheadhoping that he could accommodate me and he again told me no! I called 7th North St.KFC, and they told me no problem, so I'mhere waiting for the extra crispy chicken that they dropped for me! Never going back to the Cicero KFC again!!!! Read more

We've been going there for years now I'm not sure what happened. Just got back from ordering inside there. The cashier was... completely new and I understand that. However who I assume is the manager ( from the uniform and the demeanor), she wascompletely rude and dismissive. She made a huge deal about the guy getting the chicken tender order wrong, I guess the new guymarked it as bone-in bucket, again not my problem. I asked what sides were coming with it, she was borderline irate about it.There's more to the story but you get the idea... She made a huge deal about the sides and then I didn't end up getting themanyway... Used to be detail and customer oriented, sad to see we are shorted Mac and cheese and 4 biscuits after her causing acommotion over all that, and it clearly being on the receipt. Not like there was a line forming behind us anyway, lol.. Plentyof fried chicken chains around town, look elsewhere.. Follow Up: Received ten dollar voucher from KFC, would have preferredcheck so I don't have to return! Read more

Hubby just got home with our food and the mashed potato bowls were half full at best. This is the 2nd time, last time we called... them about it and it didn't accomplish anything other than an apology, but we gave them another chance because its been awhile..this will be the last time. :-( Read more

Haven't been in KFC in a long time. The experience was good with a decent 8 piece meal. The spicy chicken wasn't spicy, though.... Could've been better to meet expectations. Read more

Drove 15 minutes home and realized there was multiple mistakes, drove 15 minutes back and asked for a fresh order since... everything was now cold, they refused and said it was my fault because I brought the order back to show them. Manager was alsovery rude and escalated a simple situation that would have been an easy fix. Stop hiring employees who have no standards forthemselves or your business? Read more

Was craving KFC, I only get it a couple times a year. Went to drive through and women was acting like I was bothering her. When... I got to window I could see why. She was on her cell phone the whole time I was at window. I asked for extra crispy, I got justthe opposite. Hardly any breading and greasy rubbery skin. I had to press chicken with paper towel to remove grease and papertowel was dark brown oil. ( old oil?) I love their coleslaw but this one tasted moldy. I did not see any mold but could tasteit. The only thing I ate was the biscuit. So sad they don?t care any more. Read more

I went through drive through and on the menu was a 2legs & thigh box which I ordered. When I opened the box only 1 leg & a... breast. I went back into store to let them know they had o lying given me 1 leg the boy at register argued with me and then themanager came over to ask what's the problem. When I told her she argued with me also. I would of thought that they could ofjust given me another leg & I didn't know until I got back to my vehicle that what was supposed to be a thigh was a breast.Which I couldn't eat. I am going through this town 2-3 times a month & Love KFC, but I won't be stopping at this particularstore ever again. Read more

If I could give my experience at this KFC a zero star review I would. I ordered online. And when I got to the restaurant, the... door was locked, one of the two workers was wiping off tables that no one is able to eat on since the door, like I said, waslocked. So we went to the drive thru where they told us that (although the app said it was ready) they did not have thebreading. They told us to call a number where we talked to one person, got transferred, and were immediately hung up on. So wecalled again, waited on hold for 40 minutes, and we got some help. They said they created a case file and that we can eitherwait an indefinite amount of time for them to process it or remain on hold for possibly hours to get a refund immediately. Thisis probably the most ridiculous, and unprofessional way to make your customers get a refund. No other fast food chain treatstheir customers like this and it is no surprise why Popeyes and other Chicken fast food chains are doing way better than KFC. Read more
