I've grown up in the CNY area and have been attending this Moe's for years. Recently, it's been a huge disappointment. Prices... have gone up and the food portions have been getting less and less. I started ordering extra protein and cheese to make up forthe cheapness of the company, but now the past 3 times I've gone here, I ordered extra protein and cheese and their idea ofextra protein was the tiniest of scoops and an extra pinch of cheese and then making me pay full price of extra protein. I'vehad enough. I will be taking my loyalty to Chipotle right down the street. Read more

Sorry Moe?s you get a 1star for this location, l know that you were extremely busy, but for as long as l had to wait you could... have at least gotten my order correct. Disappointed to have chips with no salsa. Whomp Whomp. Was disappointed with my $13chicken club quesadilla that could have gotten a better portion at Taco Bell for much less. $ 32.00 wasted on food that was notgood. Staff was nice Read more

I used to love this place but it has gone down hill. Their condiment are always empty and the this time so were other supplies. ... No diet soda choices were available and when I approached them to advise their reply was ?we know and we?re sorry? so I askedfor a refund and was told ?it will be awhile?. Their portion size has also decreased. This was my 3rd attempt at this locationand each time it seems to get worse. Next time we?ll choose Panera or another restaurant but definitely not this Moe?s location! Read more

The crew there works very hard and does a great job. The problem is that they are set up to fail. Obviously corporate does not... know how things function or their customers. There was a long line, which normally would be fine. However with all the orderscoming in online, there was a major slowdown. What will happen is either there will be unhappy people picking up their ordersbecause they are not done or their will be unhappy people in the restaurant because they are stuck waiting while they see ordersbeing done for people who are not there. The way the restaurant is set up. You can not have just one person take care of onlineorders. They did not anticipate this scenario, and have a problem. Which I am sure they will not take responsibility for. Theywill instead just blame the crew when someone complains or has a problem. The crew was working very hard to try and accomplisheverything they could as fast as they could. Again they did a great job with what they had to work with. After multiple attempts to get decent food here I finally have given up. Ordered 50 dollars worth of food last night and it was... so awful my dog wouldn?t even touch it. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla, it came with no chicken and also no sourcream which was requested. The ground beef in my rice bowl was so greasy that it soaked the bottom of the container through thebag before we got it home. I had to ask for the chips that were suppose to come with my meal when I got there and the cashierrolled their eyes and threw chips in a bag and then tossed them across the counter. The chips were old and also extremelygreasy. All the food was unpalatable. When I called to talk to someone they put me on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up andjust hung up. Moe?s used to be a go to for me weekly. And this location has ruined that for me. I understand that there arestaff shortages but being rude and serving food that shouldn?t be served is no way to deal with the issue. Truly disappointing. Read more

Update..(Moes finally fixed my issue and gave me a free meal ro pick up,, all I have to do is mention the managers name and... other info and it will be free.)I ordered and paid for online,not busy I had to wait 26 minutes, the manager said a lot ofworkers did not show up. I called up and complained the Manger apologized and said there are only 2 employees working today, hetook ally info down and I will get the right order that I ordered. Thanks to the manager.
