Our experience with sardos has not been the greatest. We have lived in the area for several years and have had sardos numerous... times over the years. Our most recent experience was awful to say the least and the food was not thoroughly cooked. Afterletting Sardos know we were advised they were short staffed and this was the reason for the insufficient service. Needless tosay we will not be ordering from here again. Read more

Disappointed for a 2nd time. Ordered a large pizza and wings (chargrilled xxcrispy) pizza was ok, wings were rubbery and a few... were not cooked all the way through. Thankful for my air fryer. I have been a Sardo's loyalist for years. Unfortunately, they no longer seem to care about customers who support local... businesses, especially during COVID. I ordered online today (8/3/22). Their online system was clearly new. I just needed acheese pizza and 10 wings. The obvious first place I looked was their specials section. They've had a cheese pie and wingsspecial for as long as I know. This time was no different. Only thing is I didn't need 20 wings. The pie and 10 was cheaper, soI ordered it. I got to the store and was immediately greeted by an online special for Wednesdays; $7.99 for a large cheese. Ofcourse, I looked at my watch to make sure I hadn't lost track of days. Yup, still Wednesday. So I asked why it isn't in thespecials section online. They didn't know either. Apparently, it is on the system...buried in the "pizza" section of the menu.Seems like a very ineffective way to advertise a special. Anyway, I asked what they could do. The woman, who was seemingly adelivery driver, said "There's really nothing we can do for you." She then walked away. So, over 6 bucks, I too will be walkingaway. It's a shame, because I have always lauded their food. I will now use that same emphasis to guide people away. There was aday, before computers, when employees had to have a basic knowledge of how to do their job. Those days are gone, and with themso too is common customer service. Read more

Go to Lakeshore pizza,Cicero country pizza or Palladino instead!!!!! BEWARE!! Horrible customer and service and wrong order, ... look elsewhere!!! Plenty of other options with much better customer service and where you can actually speak to a manager, andcheaper!!!!. Our $90 order was done wrong then they wouldn't correct it, stated theyd need manager approval. Thats absolutelyridiculous!! Instead they tried to encourage me to try the wrong, medium ones when we ordered mild wings I already told themmultiple times we couldnt have them the medium. They tried calling the manager who of course couldnt be reached the multipletimes I had them call but yet also doesnt give their staff adequate training and power to make a wrong situation right. Theyapparently dont even have the authority to do a refund, or so they told me. I asked for refund for wings then was like ok atleast we'll get refund. WAIT, they cant, have to wait for manager approval. Soooo might have refund in a few days if managerok's. Its fairly basic customer service either have the manager available for a call or hire employees that you can trust to becompetent enough and do a refund!!!! If you cant trust your employees to do a refund..what does that say?! Under NO circumstanceis your employee supposed to argue with me and say things like "your schedules don't match thats not my problem" in regards tocoming in to speak with the manager since apparently he wont call his customers when requested so thats the only way apparentlyI can speak with him and its "your word vs ours." In regards to the order being wrong. Why would I lie about, seriously?! Willcontinue to tell everyone possible to avoid this place till they can treat people with some respect and dignity. I feel so sadand horrible for how I was just treated. We used to order from here almost EVERY week soo close to the house and good food butsoo many strikes now you're out! Been going others lately. Simply the best garlic pizza I have ever had. And I?ve had plenty of them. My wife and I were craving garlic wings and OMG... between the wings and the pizza what an amazing feast! Ordered a specialty pizza. Spicy Garlic Veggie Pizza A mix of garlic and hot sauce, broccoli florets, roasted red and cherry... peppers, mozzarella cheese and fresh garlic. Notice that the description does not include kale. Brought the pizza home anddiscovered it was loaded with kale in addition to the listed ingredients. Called to correct the error and the staff declined tomake another pizza or rectify their error. I order from them 2/mo. ? not anymore. Their error. I can?t believe that theydid nothing to help me. Pizza was *just* done so no crisp to the crust. I personally didn't care for the cheese pizza, a bit too much like tomato paste... than sauce. The garlic was better but not the best. Service was good and pizza was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Decent dealson Wednesday's. $6.99 large Read more
