Worst subway I?ve ever seen. As we speak it?s 350pm on a Thursday and they?re closed even though their sign says open. They were... closed Monday at 3pm and closed Sunday at 1pm even though they are listed as open all these hours. Worker is usually just in theback and has to be called to to come up front. Just waited 15 minutes for me to have to say something for someone to come out and take my order. As I noticed from an earlier... review. It was the same Amy someone else had complained about. Whenever I go here lately, the employees leave a sign up saying they'll be right back. Walk around a bit, maybe do some... shopping, come back and no, they aren't back. I'm starting to wonder if they actually do work there or if they are just gettingpaid to sit outside and smoke or play on their phones. Forget this location. I had the unfortunate experience of deal with Amy. I waited 20 mins before I was even waited on. The only reason I was waited on... is because I stuck my head around the corner and apparently broke her concentration from her phone. Once she came out to take myorder she was very rude and unprofessional. I will never order or eat at this subway again as long as this lady works there. Read more
Sat there waiting for service while the lady was sitting there slicing tomatoes. She definitely knew we were there and watched... us leave when we finally got sick of no service. I'll be taking my business to brewerton from now on. Read more
This shop is never open when the sign states that they should be. The tables are always covered in food, and the soda machine... has been out of order for months. There is a sign that states the water is only $.99, but they seem to think that it's fine toignore that and charge the price for a fountain drink. The bread was undercooked, and the rest of it was barely palatable. Ireally hope the employees are looking for other work because it's clear that this Subway does not have much longer to exist.
