Food was good, delivery on time. However, failed to share the additional expenses involved with ordering. I looked at the... website check the menu and what I was ordering and how much. When the bill came it was $15 higher. I called Hailey back and shesaid oops it didn't tell you that sorry have a good evening. Read more
We've ordered delivery several times, different choices...and each time, the food has arrived HOT...and ON TIME! Whether we... place an order for "asap" delivery...or choose a time it is here spot on. I capitalize that because it isn't always the casewith delivery. :) My husband's favorite are either their pizza or Philly sandwich...mine are the Chicken Tenders (which arealways actually tender!) or my new favorite, wings and onion rings. Twin Trees has become our new go-to for delivery...lookingforward to trying more options but, hard to not order favorites, too. lol. Well done on delivery Twin Trees...much appreciated!!:) Read more
Took the family to twin trees today. Stood at the hostess sign for a good 10 mins. Waitress walked by and saw us standing... there but went about her business. Not a "be with you in a moment" or anything. Waited a few more mins to see if she wouldcome seat us or grab the hostess. Never happened. We left after that. First impressions are everything and this wasn't a goodone. Maybe give it another shot down the road. O well. Read more
Waitress Suzie is phenomenal. Food was better than some of the top restaurants that claim to be fine dining. Not only is their... pizza great, but their specials are incredible. Whoever the cook is there is excellent. The management always greets us. It islike being back in time in the good old days when you went to a restaurant and it is a 5 star experience. We eat out alot, andhave been everywhere, and Twin Trees is among the top five restaurants. We will certainly be going back. I want to try all oftheir specials. We recently moved back to the Syracuse area after living away for more than ten years. The one thing we missed was Twin Trees... Pizza! Pizza anywhere else is just not the same! Delivery is prompt, friendly, and the food is always hot. Read more
