Had a lovely date night at this quaint beautiful restaurant. The staff was very attentive, the drinks were amazing, empanadas... awesome, salad (you gotta have the strawberry and fried goat cheese), and we shared two ravioli duos (short rib and wildmushroom and lobster and crab and the Angus and give cheese). What could top this off? Their signature coffee and chocolate modaantica cake was but far one of the best desserts I've had. Cheers to Alfio! Excellent! Read more
We decided to try Alfio's after it being highly recommended by a friend. The food was incredible! Our Dining Captain Allison was... so friendly and knowledgeable. We also had the empanadas and risotto balls, but unfortunately they didn't last long enough totake a picture ???? We will definitely be going back very soon! Read more

Holy MOLY! Best food my husband and I have ever had. And best dessert. Seriously mind-blowing. I got the seafood fettuccine with... a side of 1 mushroom ravioli, husband got the salmon and dessert was brown butter cheesecake. The flavors are so complex. Thisis our new favorite! This place is a Cincinnati gem with the character and history to ensure you have an incredible experience. Our server clearly... loved the food and her recommendations from the wine to dessert were tailored and perfect. I could feel that this restaurant hasbeen a labor of love from the service to the INCREDIBLE food and the empanadas, decadent tiramisu, and mouth-watering musselswere so good I could’ve cried and honestly I did- IT IS THAT GOOD!!! We had a dinner reservation for Saturday evening. We showed up a little early, so we ordered a drink (great bourbon/wine... selection) prior to being seated. We started with a bottle of Malbec and the empanadas. For the main course we ordered the shortrib/gnocchi and the skirt steak. Both were fantastic!! We ended with the apple bread pudding and the chocolate moda antica cake(took home, lol!). Excellent food, service and atmosphere!! Highly recommended! Read more
