Bad experience at the downtown location. I ordered the Brooklyn Bridge, a roast beef au jus. Supposed to come with roast beef,... mozzarella or cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, horseradish and au jus. Sandwich and drink was north of $15. Pricey, butjustifiable if the sandwich is excellent. Mine was not. Wait time was ~20 minutes. Sandwich was cold - refrigeratortemperature, not room temperature. The meat was browned a bit on the edges that protruded from the bread but ~80% was uncooked.They used mayo instead of horseradish. They used raw red onions instead of caramelized onions. Did not come with aujus. Ordering system is really weird too. Entrance is near the south wall. You walk to the north wall, where the menu isposted. Then walk back to the south wall to order. Then walk back to the north wall to pick up your order. When you order theygive you a receipt that you're supposed to hand to the sandwich makers so they know what to make. Idk why that would be thesystem in 2022, when you're punching the order into a computer to ring it up anyway. Maybe it's a "it's just like NYC!" gimmick,but if so that's very, very lame. Cashier did not tell the people ordering that they need to hand their receipt to the sandwichmakers. Several people waited a long time before they discovered no one was making their order. Punchline is this: If you'regoing to charge $15 for a sandwich, you have to do better than this.There are 10,000 other sandwich shops to choose from. Irecommend one of those. Read more

Best sandwiches I?ve EVER had!! This blows Izzy?s and Jersey Mikes out the water because there is NO competition. I?ve tried... about 4 different sandwiches on the menu, and I?m amazed at how delicious they all are! Try the Bronx Bomber and add spicymayo?you?ll thank me later! This place is AMAZING!!!! I?m new to Cincinnati from NYC and had to try it. I ordered the Crown Heights Cuban and I was not... disappointed at all! The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating! They want you to be happy and satisfied and youwill definitely leave that way! Such great customer service, great conversation, it was like being back home in NYC all overagain. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers!! Best deli in Cincinnati! I got the Greenwich Special with Mayo, its a pastrami and swiss with caramelized onions and dijon mustard. I will say its one of... the best sandwiches I've had period. Its pricey but worth it. Read more
Too delicious to describe! Everything on my sandwich was FRESH! I mean fresh fresh. I can tell this is a smaller ?family owned?... type deli and it is clear they take pride in their shop! It?s nice to see a restaurant taking pride in the food they serve. Alsoit was a very good portion of meats on the sandwich. My favorite part of a sandwich is the cheese and the cheese they use hereis definitely no the cheap cheese used by other shops like subway or penn station. It?s quality cheese.
