Usual Arby's food, always hot but also kinda expensive. Seating area is usually clean. Drive thru can be slow.
The employees were pretty nice. We placed our order, pulled up to the window and paid. The employee at the window told us there... would be a wait for our sandwiches and to pull up to the door, which is understandable as we wouldn't want to inconvenienceother customers. We waited about 15 minutes for them to bring out the food but they didn't have the drinks so we asked. Theemployee seemed really confused but we explained that we didn't get them at the window, so he went back and didn't return for atleast 5 more minutes. It's good food is hot and made well the wait is a little long though
The manager was very abrasive The ketchup dispenser was clogged. She first dismissed my complaint then went to the dispenser... and slammed a few times and said there it is fixed. The problem is not the dispenser but the total lack of regard for customerservice. Oh yes did I mention that they forgot our meal as well. Don't think I will be going back. Read more
How do you select zero stars?! Went to the drive thru and they should of told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Totally... disorganized and the attitudes were unacceptable. Waygu burger...please keep it. Tasted like quality beef. Saw on phone tonight already out. It was best burger I have had in Ohio... in 20 years. This April on Maui,Hawaii great burgers at Kimos. There beef grown on Maui.. .... Fresh meat awesome. Read more
Would be a -5 stars if it would let me. Ordered online for 1225 pickup waited until 1250. Asked about my order and manager just... walked away. If you want to wait 45min for your fast food it's the perfect place. Read more
We came through and got two classic roast beef meals, so it should have been a very ordinary visit. But the young man working in... the drive through window was so friendly it really stuck out to us. It really brightened up our night and left a good impressionon us. We will be visiting again! Read more
