Bathrooms were dirty. Really short staffed. But.. all the staff was happy and helpful. ????
Used the drive thru and ordered 2 Roast beef for $6. When I got to the window to pay the kid didn't even look at me. After I got... my food I was going to ask for sauce but the kid already had his back turned and the window had shut. This is definitely some ofthe poorer service I've had from Arby's. No customers at the counter, only a couple of cars in the drive thru, and I still stood there for over 5 minutes before someone... finally came over and acted like I was inconveniencing them to take my order. I asked for 1 of the new burgers, and a combomeal. Another 5+ minutes later and they drop my bag on the counter and walk away. I had to ask for my cup for my drink. Then Ilooked in the bag and didn't get any fries. I looked at my receipt and noticed that he rang up 2 sandwiches and a drink, not theburger and combo meal I had requested. I got a cherry turnover except when i was ordering they said they might not have cherry, asked if apple was okay. I said it was... fine. Then they asked if there were any cherry turnovers in the back because they weren't readily available in the heater. Ithink they said they had some. Then after i ordered and was waiting they asked what type i got and i said cherry, they said theydon't have any and if apple was okay. I said yes that's fine. Then when i went to go eat i realized i got cherry which ioriginally wanted lol! I just thought it was funny they kept going back and forth between cherry and apple when i really didn'tcare which one i got. It was nice of them to ask if apple was okay before just giving me the wrong one. But i ended up gettingcherry anyways! Good turnover. Also had spicy chicken sandwich, it was extremely spicy couldn't hardly eat it, but it wasadvertised as spiciest chicken sandwich! Read more
Had the Diablo Dare chicken sandwich. Was very spicy and I enjoyed it. Service was incredibly slow, I was the only one in the... restaurant and it probably took about 10 minutes to get the sandwich. Read more
I paid for the French Dip, and this is what they gave me 2 tablespoons of grown gravy no French onion and it?s cold like it?s... been sitting out all day?
