Tried the Diablo Dare Challenge.. Definitely Spicy.. lips and mouth burn a little ???? fries are my favorite.. it needs more... meat and some form of sauce on the bread.. the bread is a little dry, but overall super yummy for the spicy lovers ????.. Iposted my live on Tik Tok, but they removed my video and didn't allow me to post it... So I went live on Facebook a second timeand well that worked.. The challenge is to eat the sandwich and fries without taking a sip of the free milk shake they giveyou.. which is also good. Read more
Sat in line waiting to order at the drive-through for probably 15 minutes, once I got to the drive-through window I sat another... 10 or 15 minutes watching an older lady bringing bags of food up from the back and stacking them on the counter at the window.There were two younger girls walking around one was on her phone. There were no customers inside so they had nothing to do. Bothcars in front of me had to go back in to correct their orders. Finally after about 10 to 15 minutes the one girl put her phonein her back pocket and came to the window and asked for my money and then handed me my food. When I ask Her what the issue washer reply was we have a situation in here. The only situation I saw is lack of customer service. Wont be back Read more
Didn't get my complete order on the drive through. The guy that brought my food out was super nice though! He gets 5 stars!
When you're on the road traveling from state to state you do not want to pull up at an Arby's and have to wait close to an hour... for your food while you're in the Drive-Thru. At this particular location there were eight cars pulled over to the side waitingfor their food as I drove around the building to the gas station I noticed that they were five people in there goofing off andplaying around I guess the qualification for people to work now is breathing if they're not going to do the job and don't wantto do the job and want to goof off and play maybe you should get rid of them and find some better employees. Let me start by saying, I hate being RUSHED! If the line is long that's one thing but..... no one was even behind me. I was... rushed to order my food! Then I ordered a strawberry milk shake, chocolate milk shake and when I was handed my order I receiveda strawberry lemonade and the chocolate milkshake???????????I say, ma'am I ordered a strawberry milkshake.. the young girlpreceeded to tell me, oh we don't have that so I gave you a strawberry lemomade.????lemonade.. NOW WAIT????????! I pay my moneyand you tell me what I want.. I was SO mad but that darn ????????lemonade was FIAH so I went on quietly.. still unsatisfiedbecause it was GONE so fast!??????????????????? My 1st time here, moved quickly, people were friendly. Beef & cheddar was a little light on beef. Forget trying to turn left... out of this place! If your turning right to get on I 71 northbound no problem, just a little problem to turn right then gostraight. Read more
My beef and cheddar had more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich. Why did you skimp on the cheese? At least my curly fries... were hot and fresh. Apple turnover was okay too. Person at counter could have been a little friendlier. I kinda felt unwelcome. Read more
They told us and about 4 other cars to pull up to wait for our food. Took a while and came out very wrong. Meal 1 - wrong... fries Meal 2 - cheese on slider when request and receipt said no cheese Meal 3 - fry container less than half full Meal 4 -totally missing, not even on the receipt, even though we said it 3 times, asking on the third time, "did you get that?" I endedup going in (in the cold, dark, rain,) and they said they wanted me to go back out to get my wallet to pay for Meal 4. If Iwanted to come in, I wouldn't have used the drive thru, and now you want me to pay for Your mistake. Bad service. They didn'tapologize, just argued amongst themselves about what happened. And no TP in either stall in the bathroom. Read more
