Had a late lunch on Tuesday, restaurant was not busy, 6 employees behind the counter. After waiting to be seated for 10 minutes... without even being acknowledged, I asked if we should seat ourselves. I was told they were short handed & would get to us assoon as they could. There were also 4 people waiting at the register. We were finally seated & ordered. 20 minutes later, aftershe was done with her extensive conversation with an elderly lady, she brought our food, asked if we needed anything else &disappeared. Never once checked if we needed additional drinks(we did) or dessert. She then dropped off the check. Food wasadequate, service was minimal. Unlikely we?ll be back. Read more
Arrived at 6:30 on Saturday night. Only 4 other tables were occupied. There were 5 servers. Our server greeted our table 11... minutes later. Then it took 17 more minutes for our drinks. 56 more minutes for our food. And only 5 total occupied tables. Food was awful and cold. After an hour, the server told us there were only 2 cooks and this was the delay. However, thisdidn't account for waiting 17 minutes for drinks. If we would have known about the delays up front, we would have chosenelsewhere to eat. We will not be back. Read more
Only one other couple was there at the restaurant when we got there. we waited at the front to be seated around 10 minutes.... There were two workers standing around on the floor, i ask if it was a seat yourself and the young man said "no,someone will bewith you shortly." We waited another 5 and left. Mind you there was only 2 other people in the lobby. Read more
Food was burnt and inedible, what was able to be eaten was poor quality and tasted awful. Most had to be thrown out. Thanks for... wasting$40 of my hard earned money. You people are a disgrace Read more
Food and service was good. It was really busy on a Sunday morning. It took us an hour and 45 minutes from the time we arrived... to the time we finished eating, and we didn't eats slow as we were on a schedule to begin a road trip. I had the westernomelet, which was good and not greasy. I give 4 stars because there was nothing outstanding, but nothing wrong either. Iwould visit again. Read more
We went in to be seated, there was a woman ahead of us who stated she was told it was a 10 minute wait, her name was added to... the list and she had been waiting 45 minutes with no one coming up to explain to her why she had been waiting. Someone came upafter we had been there about 5 minutes and my husband immediately motioned to the lady that had been waiting, saying she hadbeen there a while. She asked if we were on the list and we said no, we were trying to get in. She stared at us and my husbandsaid ?we want a table? and she got hostile and said ok, what?s your name then? We told her and she said there were a couple ofpeople ahead of us and we understood and asked what the wait time was. She said 10 minutes and I asked if it was 10 minutes orif it would be longer, we knew they closed at 9 and the woman in front of us had been waiting 45 minutes with no explanation.She told us she couldn?t help that woman, they came in after a big party and the kitchen didn?t have enough food made at thetime to seat her. I apologized and said I wasn?t trying to be hostile or rude, just was asking and she huffed and rolled hereyes. We said never mind, wished the lady that had been waiting good luck and left. I understand being short staffed and beingoverworked and burnt out, but being rude and hostile isn?t necessary. Variety of choices anytime of day. Large portions - we both had enough leftover for another meal. I had the pot roast which... was excellent. Reasonable pricing. Food delivery was a bit slow ... Very busy. However the waitperson kept us apprised and wasvery attentive to our needs. Read more
