I was very specific that I wanted my bacon still a little chewy - not crispy; this is how they served it. I told the waitress... that it was too crispy and she said, "Yeah, I told him chewy.", and just walked away. I had to call her back over to send itback. I understand the waitress cannot control how the food is cooked but she should have offered to take it back immediatelyinstead of me having to wait to get her attention again to take it back and have it cooked correctly. Went on a Saturday at 1 pm and waited 20 minutes to be seated and 30 minutes for food. Server was friendly but didn't know they... were out of strawberries/strawberry topping until my pancakes were dropped off at the table. Bob Evans food is always on point. Servers are quick and very busy but your food is worth that wait.
