The food was very good. I ordered the crispy chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes/gravy and corn. It was made perfectly. I needed catering for an important corporate breakfast and knew that we had Bob Evans delivered to the office previously. The... hours I needed were not available online, so I called and talked to the manager, Kevin, who said he would come in early toprepare our order and deliver himself if necessary. He did just as he said! Not only was he punctual, the order was perfect andthe quality was great! My office gets take out a lot here. 50% of the time we are missing something pivotal. Gravy, no biscuits. Missing fruit, meat,... toast or even orders of banana bread. Yes, the person picking the order up should check it.... I'm fully aware of that. Today Igot blueberry pancakes and they forgot the blueberry topping and Whipped cream. Also forgot my side of bacon. All I'm asking isfor these orders to be double checked by the staff. It takes 2 minutes. Also, I have attached a picture of the pancakes. This iswhat they call blueberry pancakes? Pathetic. Read more

Out of l the Bob Evans I've been to the service we had yesterday 6/9/22 was the best I have EVER had from a Bob Evans location.... Monica was our waitress and boy does she need to be cloned. She was so caring to my friend and I and her 2 children and myniece. She was so patient they ran out of the kids chocolate milk so she made them each individual ones by hand. She didn'tleave dirty dishes sit in the table. She cleaned every time she passed which I love. It's a pet peeve when server's leave allthe dirty dishes even though they're nice and stacked at the end of the table as a hint hint...The manager Kevin was alsoamazing and so kind checking us out. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and engaging. We loved our waitress, Barbara and Nate... (the great). They were super friendly and great at their jobs. Today I had the Steak and Egg. Steamed cooked medium well and eggs cooked overlight. When asked if I wanted hash browns, fruit,... or breakfast potatoes, I asked if I could get the potatoes with onions, peppers, and cheese. It was delicious.
