This is quite possibly the worst bagel sandwich I have ever eaten. My bad experience at this brueggers began the minute I walked... in the door. My stomach dropped to the floor when I didn?t see the typical fountain drink machine, but rather a fridge withbottled beverages. When I asked for a cup of ice to accompany my bottled beverage, I became the subject of multiple dirty looksfrom the staff. My disappointment upon unwrapping my bagel is just absolutely unmatched. The bagel, flat. The egg, overcooked.Cream cheese, grainy. Really it all just boils down to poor management and the bathrooms were dirty too. Read more
The parking lot was full and there was a line but I was helped extremely quickly. My lunch was ready almost immediately. I got... the Herby Turkey and it was GREAT! The place was clean and the workers were nice. I'm excited to come back and try thepastrami. Thank you!! Read more
I drive to Clifton just for the pumpernickel bagels and make a trip out of my way. Picked them up and they changed them, even... the color is different. I will not make a special trip anymore, they were not very good. Read more
There is one guy there that is always so friendly. He makes my bagel just how I ask him to. When he isn't there, it's just not... as good. Went there today, he wasn't there. They didn't make my bagel how I asked them to. They didn't even toast the bagel. Ididn't realize til I got to work. From now on when I go if that one guy isn't there, I'm turning around and going somewheredifferent. Read more

I was excited when my Western bagel sandwich came out super fast, which was my first mistake. Get home, take a bite, it's cold.... No biggie, I have a toaster oven. Out of the toaster oven is when I discover a lack of a bacon aroma. They forgot the bacon ANDthe chipotle sauce. This is just pure disappointment. Also they never give me a receipt. Is that normal? Absolutely amazing place to try out new types of bagels. They boast of New York style bagels which have minimum ingredients (no... oil). They also customize things for vegans which is great. We went for Honey Grain Bagel with Sun-dried tomatoes and theirsignature bagel - Leonardo Da Veggie (Onion Bagel with Hummus (substituted against cream cheese)). For the drink, we had a smallChai Tea Latte with Soy Milk. Both the bagels were amazing - not chewy at all and perfectly baked. I loved Honey Grain Bagelmore though. Its combination with sundried tomatoes was great. Definitely to be tried. I liked the sandwich - not so amazing -but surely a good option for vegetarians and vegans. They are flexible to change the bread and cheese with non-dairy options -so we substituted Asiago Parmesan with an Onion bagel and cream cheese with hummus. So other vegans may want to try some othercombination in case that turns out to be better. Chai Tea Latte was great - after Starbucks, I think this is the next bestnon-dairy Chai Tea Latte we loved. The staff is amazing - good flexibility to make changes based on eating preferences and alsosuggesting good options in case you ask one. It looks like they are big time into catering as they were promoting it around inthe store. The ambiance is amazing - plenty of seating in terms of tables and booths. There is good natural light with glasswalls on almost two sides but specifically, the direct sunlight would be in the mornings since the seating area is facing east.They have many flavors of cream cheese made in-house for purchase available. Overall, great place for quick bites and beverages.Must try if you are in Cincinnati. Read more
I randomly felt like a bagel for the first time in years, and stopped here for lunch. I really have nothing to compare it to,... but the pastrami on an everything bagel was quite tasty! Maybe I'll get a bagel again without waiting a decade. Read more
