Ordered takeout after work with my girlfriend. We ordered a burger and fries for me, she got wings, fries, extra ranch and a... drink. When I picked it up they handed me the bag and didn't really say anything. When I got out to my car, my girlfriend askedwhere her drink was, so I went back in to get it. The guy at the counter walked away without saying anything, and the girl evencommented that he just left without saying even "I'll be right back" and he returned with the drink. After I got back out to thecar and left, my girlfriend's checked the rest of the food and we realized they forgot an order of fries as well as the extraranch. The ranch was no big deal but we were missing half of what we ordered. We got home and started eating right away andfound out that her wings weren't hot at all. Just about everything about this experience was a disappointment and we'll neverorder from this location again. Read more

This restaurant is dirty, especially as you walk in. The young male cashier was unfriendly and never even said thank you. The... food was good as usual but now they add a $1 pick up charge, that is new to me. Since when does a restaurant charge you to pickup? I added $2 for the tip but this cashier did nothing to earn it. Food is good everything else is highly questionable. Therewas a person that was doing excellent work by helping me get my order straight. Her name was Jackie, she is the reason I willreturn. Great job Jackie! Read more

We've been to nearly every BW3s in the area and usually have a great time. The visit to this location was not a pleasant one. We... had a birthday dinner that included a large group of adults and five young children and a baby. We had spent the day across theparking lot at Scallywag Tag. To get into the BW3s restaurant we all needed to pass through a row of smoking employees thatlined the cigarette butt covered sidewalk outside. We all smelled like cigarette smoke going in. Half of our family sat with theevening sun shining in their eyes because this location doesn't have window blinds, only screens that dim, but do not block, thesun. When the food arrived the wings were hard as little rocks. We couldn't decide if they were very old or overcooked, but theywere barely edible. The service was slow, but we attributed that to the size of our party, at least at first. One of our youngchildren never received the food we ordered. After nearly 40 minutes, everyone else had finished eating. We gave our little onesome leftovers. Our waitress hadn't been seen in a while, so I went to the takeout counter and requested our check so we couldpay and leave. I was told they could not give us the check because they were still waiting on the hamburger we ordered 40minutes earlier. After I explained we were done eating and just wanted to go, the waitress apologized, removed the burger fromour bill, and placed it in a takeout box. I appreciated that. When we left, our family was forced to walk through an even largercloud of smoke from a group of BW3 employees that sat lining the dirty curb smoking. Before I start this tangent. To our server: you did great and deserve to work somewhere that appreciates your awesome work... ethic. We could see you were overwhelmed and are sorry that we contributed to that. Nothing that happened was your fault. Now,to the manager. (Didn?t catch her name but she was mid 30s with dark hair). Your server was upset, and we understand. The wayyou went about approaching the issue was awful. We had zero intentions of upsetting anyone and just wanted to grab some dinner.Your server did great and we expressed that to her before she came and got you to fix our bill. For future reference, just bringthe bill back and if something seems off maybe ask? Your server actually told us that you wouldn?t help her with the check andthat?s why we told her not to worry about fixing it? What happened: Our server had WAY too many tables to herself and therestaurant was very busy. My husbands wings came out short and a separate server offered to take something off the bill. Mymargarita was not good so I asked to have it removed and it was. We also had a coupon. I understand this can be confusing whensplitting a bill, so when she came back after splitting the bill my husband pointed out that the coupon didn?t go on. Norudeness at all. He even said ?I?m very sorry I hate to be this person but the coupon didn?t go on?. The server became veryupset and said that the manager was unable to help her at the moment and that she was doing this all alone. My husband assuredher she?s done a great job with us and mentioned he is a restaurant manager and understands that it can get stressful. He toldher that he didn?t mind paying the extra and not to worry about the coupon. She said okay and left with the payment. The managercame over with the cards and asked my mother in law and husband if the names on their cards were them and they said yes. Heather (our Hostess/Server with the Mostest!) was a great addition to our lunch. A houseless person came in and was treated... unfairly - not only did Heather stand up for him, but she quickly made sure the lunch I bought him was made quickly & he wasshown kindness. Anything we needed, Heather was on top of it with a smile. Definitely worth the visit. Oh, and our wings were onpoint, lol? but Heather made that happen, too ????
