Usually enjoy BW3 but not today. I know places are shorted staffed but when you have basically three opened sections and are... unable to sit a party of two after 25 minutes at being at the top of the waiting list that is bad. Ended leaving and got atable without a wait at the wing place up the road that had just as many servers. Read more
I ordered two burgers from this place through Grubhub. One was supposed to just be extra bacon and cheese. The other wa supposed... to be bacon cheese and ketchup. They gave me two burgers with no buns and lots of toppings that I didn't want and don't like.Not to mention that the boxes the burgers came in and the bag that those boxes came in were soaked in grease. Overall the place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are good. They gave Shiner Bock on tap, so that's... happy! If you've never been to Texas and haven't gotten to try Shiner, go to BWWs and try it, it's one of my favorite domesticbeers! I had issues logging into my Blazing Rewards account when attempting to place a carryout order in order to takeadvantage of a coupon emailed to me. Went to the store and the manager was able to apply the discount. I was told my orderwould be about 25-30 minutes to prepare due to how busy they were at the time, so I decided to grab a beer at the bar while Iwaited. About 15 minutes later my order was delivered to me at the bar! Very nice! I removed 1 star because my order of CheeseCurds was missing when I got home. I called the store and was offered a full refund or I could make the 40 minute round trip topickup my order. I'm supposed to receive my refund for the Cheese Curds within 3-5 business days. It is currently day 3 andstill no refund. Seeing as I work in the payment card industry, I know for a fact that this CAN be credited/refunded same day.So it is very frustrating to be given the 3-5 business days "run around" like this - as there is literally no excuse for it intoday's electronic payment environment other than wanting to hang on to my money longer. If the 3-5 business day wait is somekind of legacy procedural issue at BWWs, they need to update their policies and practices to provide a better experience fortheir customer base. So I'm light of this I'm sticking with the 1 star off for forgetting the Cheese Curds and a second star offfor keeping my refund for an extra 3-5 business days. If I don't receive my refund at all, I'll definitely update this reviewto zero stars for theft and for lying to me. Read more
I ordered a burger to go during Cincinnati Burger Week 2022. It took 11 minutes from placing the order to receiving it, which... isn't bad. If you're in a hurry, you can phone your order in. I'm not sure what I expected from a "wings" place, but thehamburger was *** AMAZING** one of the best I've had in years at a restaurant. I order carryout lunch here frequently. The food is always great but the service is outstanding when Christy is working the... front counter. I don't even have to double check my order when she's working, she goes above and beyond and is very friendly,personable and helpful. Very efficient.
