Server was very nice, but burger came without fries and pizza had no toppings.
Worst experience I've ever had! I wish I could have given a zero. I went there with a friend on October 8th; it was surprisingly... empty for a Saturday evening. The service was too slow even when there weren't enough orders clearly, we ordered around 9.20 andreceived our food on the table around 10.40, they weren't even logical enough to serve a few things (at leastwater/drinks/appetizers) first even after asking several times and then later, instead brought all food items and drinkstogether. We weren't even given plates to eat on and had to eat over tissues. Then they closed the check without our permissionwith an 18% tip (we hadn't even been at the table for 2 hours). When asked why they did that, they blamed us for possiblyclosing it. Finally, the manager offered to deduct the tip from our payment, but the damage had already been done. Never goingto this place again!! P.S. Apart from this, we weren't even asked for IDs for the cocktails we ordered. And the full amount isposted to my card contrary to what the manager told me about updating the transaction amount to exclude the tip. Read more
Easily the worst and most embarrassing excuse for a restaurant I have ever been to. I tend to give the employees the benefit of... the doubt, especially during these times, but this new online ordering system for dine in is laughably bad. We put our order inat 10:00 after scanning the QR code. 10 minutes go by? crickets. 20 minutes go by?. nothing. 30 minutes go by ? nada. Then thewaitress brings us 3 flatbread pizzas, which we did not order. So now our group is waiting at this restaurant having no idea ifwe paid, if our orders were even submitted, and if we are ever going to get our food. We felt like we were trapped there. Afterabout an hour we were able to get refunds and get the heck out there. Worst restaurant experience I?ve had, and night wasruined. This new system is also extremely discriminatory against older people, as they will have no idea how to navigate thatawful system. Do not order from here on a ride share app. Ridiculously poor, I ordered wings and a salad with a fork and extra dressing for... both. I got wings and a salad with no dressing at all and no fork. Had to sit in my hotel room and eat a dry salad with myhands. Will never order from here again, don?t recommend you do either, punish poor service with no business! Maybe the worst wings I've ever eaten? They were so so so dry.. it was our first time at a Buffalo wild wings so of course... that's the direction I went. Kids chicken tenders and my husband's chicken sandwich were OK. The place was pretty dirty.. itneeds a deep scrub. Our server was great and very attentive but we were the only ones there soooo not hard to juggle but my kidswere needy.. and he didn't seem bothered by it. Read more
I just love how the young lady who served me got me together on my wedges I asked if they could put these on it and they did.... The drink was called henny hustle save ur money it?s more ice and juice than liquor. Bought 2 and didn?t feel anything it eventaste like only juice. This place was great all in all. Read more
Good environment. I wish there were more waiters. Although the service was slow, it was great. They offered us samples of beer... before we could order it. Wings were great. I would suggest to order traditional wings rather than boneless. Draft beer wasgreat too. If you want to order sides, go for wedges or fries rather than onion rings. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THEY REALLY SHOULD CLEAN HIUSE WITH THIS LOCATION! Nothing but young teenagers that are highly... disrespectful, i?m presentable as a staff. I really can?t believe this is our BW3 I grow up on and in. I went in placed my orderwait over 1hr and half for my food placed my order at 6:16pm yesterday that young lady did nothing but try and argue with methat I haven?t been waiting over a hour for my food. But when I simply asked for me refund suddenly my order appeared and wasready after waiting an hour and 45 minutes for food.
