Worst Bdubs I?ve ever been to. And that?s saying something because I?ve been to Bdubs on a college campus during game day.... Ordered with the bar code on the phone and it took no joke an hour and a half. Came to watch the bengals and 3 TVs were playingit with no sound, had to break my neck to watch. Asked 3 different waiters for silverware and eventually had to go to the frontdesk for plastic silverware. They didn?t even bring out our waters until the food came out. Did take out. Tasty and ready on time. I wish they provided more baby carrots, though. I know this isn't a place to go to eat... lots of carrots, but I think there were only 4 of them in a little plastic baggie :( Read more
I know this was 2 weeks ago. But I haven't forgot. I went into the restaurant me and my boyfriend. We sat down ordered our food.... He got his food. He ate his food. My phone never came. I waited, waited, and waited. Finally I asked for the manager. He cameout I asked him where was my food. He said well ma'am what you order takes 18 minutes to cook and that's why it's taking solong. With an attitude. I responded to him well how come nobody came out to tell me that. He says well you can order somethingelse if you want to with an attitude. I said if I wanted something else I would have ordered it in the first place. I justdidn't like his attitude. I didn't like the fact that nobody came out and told me that it would take my chicken breast 18minutes to cook. And I was sitting there starving. I walked away unsatisfied with nothing to eat. Literally the worse location. The servers lie about turn around times. Call my order in EVERY TIME to be quoted 20 minutes. When... I show up on time 20 minutes later its always an additional 25 minute wait. So I wait for 45 minutes and pay 40 dollars for 20chicken wings!!! Yeah I'm completely done with this location. Like going in on Friday nights and sitting at the bar. Erica the bartender is always super friendly and personable! We hadn?t... been in for a bit and she recognized us! We like our wings cooked 21mins and she always ensures they are cooked to order! Sheis the reason we keep coming back. Read more
Service is slow not enough workers, Food kept coming out one by one for a table of three or more people. They need more staff to... work every table and not just two people working all tables. Waitress was very nice and polite. Read more
Great experience with Hannah today! And the food came out exactly right the kitchen was on point today.
Called the order paid they said it's not up yet. Took a seat,while waiting. I see them bring food and put it in the warmer. So... after 10 min of waiting about 30 min I give the lady my name she checked and it was their 15 min ago. They never apologized shegave me OH dang look. Read more
