Dear manager, you need to hire more cooks and wait staff. It took 40 minutes for walk in take out order. I observed 7 groups of... people for the dining room leave because seating took too long. The take out honey barbecue wings were excellent and the Buffalochicken salad was fair. The staff did the best they could with people working at the time. Read more
Service was terrible. They forced my party to mobile order which was a mess. Ended up having to ask for my drink (which mobile... ordering should've eliminated) because it never came out. Was seated by a gentleman I assumed was manager. A few minutes later the server came and said we were in a closed section and... has to move. My mother has trouble getting around. I informed her we were seated by the gentleman which your seated anyway. Soshe should of known that. It seemed she had a little bit of attitude from then on.
