A very unorganized restaurant,workers not sure how to prepare the orders,staff unprofessional,they have different orders numbers... and food choices other than what it rings up for on the register.they gave me the wrong food then took a very long time tocorrect the order and didn't even bother to offer me anything for my inconvenience. Went through the Drive through and waited for quite some time to get food. I had surely convinced myself the fries are gonna be... fresh and hot why else would it take so long, wrong cold fries again. What were you waiting on that took so long? Read more
Sat at the drive through speaker for 15 mins in total and the employees and the manager both decided not to bother taking our... order. As soon as I pull around to just order inside they begin taking orders again. Thus is not okay and something needs tochange either in management in this location or its employees maybe both. I gave them 5 stars because my burgers were fresh and hot! I was given the wrong total at the window..they fixed it , gave me... back the difference plus an extra burger and ice cold coke for waiting in the heat..it wasn't a long wait lol.. yes I'm goingback! Read more
Drive thru was quick. The turn is really sharp to get to the 1st window if you have a large vehicle though. Employees were... polite, not Chick-fil-A polite, but decent enough for a Burger King on the west side. My order was accurate. The food was stillhot when I got home (less than 10 minutes away). There was WAY too much ice in the drink though, should have said no ice tothem. Overall, what you'd expect for fast food. Wouldn't recommend dining in, the floor was sticky and some big messes ontables. People that ordered after me were served first, but my order was accurate and the fries hot. Read more
Worst experience with a burger king I've ever had. Was pulled forward in the drive thru to wait 20 minutes for cold food. The... employees told me "we ain't got onion rings, so I threw in an extra fry" without asking when I didn't even order fries to beginwith. They made 2 of my 3 burgers wrong. I order the 2 for 6 and the cashier charged me individually for the sandwiches, told memy coupon wasn't valid but it came straight from the app. Then ended up giving me old onion rings. Highly unsatified, and willprobably never order here again. Tried to call several times and the phone is off the hook or disconnected. Im shocked theremanagement would even allow this to go on.
