This is the slowest, most disgusting fast food restaurant in Eastgate, if not the Southwest Ohio region. I can understand being... understaffed, but it doesn't help when the 2 employees working there, when I went through clearly hated their jobs and lookedlike they slept in the woods before coming to work. Coughing up plegm and ungloved while preparing food. Didnt even botherasking for a refund because I was sure that wouldnt go right. Food went straight into the garbage. There is a reason their drivethrough is empty while every other restaurant is backed up to the road. DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more
I wish there was a -5. The one running register is rude and everyone is so slow. We walked in at 1:05 and we are just now... getting our food. There was one in here with us and maybe 2 in drive thru. The attitudes with customers are absolutelyridiculous. Never coming back Read more

Horrible. Was over charged. Ordered a medium combo and got small fry and small drink. Whopper had only 1 Roma tomato slice,... which are about and inch in diameter. Would have taken to long to complain based on how long it took to get the food. What ashame, I used to like BK a lot. 10.24 for a medium whopper with cheese combo is a lot. Currently says busier than normal, how? They literally have the doors locked so you can't get in. Just attempted to go and the... front doors were locked, checked the hours and they should be open. Checked the hours on my phone, should be open... so I go toleave, and on the other side of the store there was a car waiting in the drive through, but I couldn't even tell if that wasopen till I had already past the speaker... The Jr whopper was a kiddie size, super thin, could barely see the burger. Mostly bun...NOT the Jr whopper I remember. Not... worth $1.....fries were fresh and hot. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service great....just Jr whopper quality a ZERO Read more
Walking into an empty restaurant during lunch on a weekend should have been a clue for me to leave. The floor was sticky all... over the dining room. I ordered a whopper jr and it was cold the bun meat everything along with my husband?s order. Then tryingto eat it I realized that there are pieces of the grill stuck to my burger. It tasted like metal and was crunchy fragments. Iover hear the staff say oh no what is in this burger I keep getting burnt pieces on the burgers. Two women comment to oneanother I don?t know and go about making more burgers to serve like this.I?m also confident that the some of the staff was underthe influence of something considering they could hold or comprehend a conversation. Horrible. We ordered 2 meals with 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru no one inside. They took about 5 minutes to take our order... then we drove up to pay they took our card and gave us our drinks and we waited about 15 minutes for our food. The peopleworking didn't really act like they had much sense they were joking around and goofing off which yes that's okay but there's atime and place for that and it's not at work. When we got our food the 1 chicken meal was okay but the other was still frozen!!I was not happy they better think their lucky stars my wife begged me not to go cause a scene because if she wouldn't have beenwith me it wouldn't have been good. I normally don't complain but after all the time I waited I definitely was. I don't plan onever returning here! So don't waste your time or money on this place. Read more
