Normally I’d be giving this place 5 stars but after today no. My fiancé and son wanted Cancun so bad and we get there (yes... they were a little busy) the Ladyb walked us to a table slammed the menus down and went to walk away we said excuse me trying toask for a booth cause my son is 3 and will not sit at a table. She walked away. So we sat in a booth near by waiting and wasfine until we got a foul smell ! THE BATHROOMS!!!!!!! We asked someone else if they could find us another booth and she walkedaway from us as well. We couldn’t handle the smell of the bathrooms or want to continue to deal with the rudeness so we left. My fiancé was upset so he called to let management know how rude their employees were and come to find out it was the MANAGERwho sat us!!! So I ordered chicken fajitas the way I like it and it's get to the table and my lettuce is disgusting as in brown in color and... since how I didn't do green peppers in with my chicken and onions so with that being said they put extra way more onions becauseI didn't want green peppers. I don't highly recommend this restaurant all because one I had to pay for something I didn't eatand two my sweet tea was disgusting and wasn't sweet at all. I’ve been going to this Cancun for years and normally I don’t have any issues. Today though!!! Ordered the same thing that I... order ALL of the time. Two Cancun Taco Salads no shrimp, extra chicken and a jumbo margarita. First, I ordered a MANGO margaritaand the guy brought me a strawberry and looked at me like I was supposed to just keep the strawberry. When he brought me themango it still didn’t taste right but I said I’m going to give him a pass. Then when he brought out our food he brought usthe trash in the pics. Where’s the chicken???? Where’s the meat period? We hadn’t even eaten any of our food and this iswhat they considered extra chicken. My daughter salad had nothing in it. Mine was average but no extra chicken. When he finallycame to our table I mentioned the extra chicken and he told me that was extra. Of course I was like nooooooo, so I asked for amanager and he said a manager wasn’t there. I told him if this is considered extra chicken we won’t be eating it and he canjust cash us out for our drinks. He said that I would have to pay for everything. Of course I had no problem paying foreverything IF it’s what I ordered. I asked to speak to someone else and instead of sending someone else to my table he cashedme out for everything. I said nope and proceeded to the register where I spoke to a nice young lady but she was doing what theguy said. Eventually he came to the register and said that I don’t have to pay for the salads but don’t ever come back lol.Ok!!! There are plenty of Cancuns that will make my food correctly so win win for me but work on that customer service. FYI, mysilverware was dirty too but I didn’t get a chance to tell him that because he took forever to even come back to my tablePERIOD! Forget this Cancun and their dirty dishes! Read more
OUT-STAN-DING. Period. Absolutely the best Mexican food I have found in the Cincinnati area ever. I keep getting the Carnitas... because well...they are perfect. Also the Sangria is the smoothest I have ever tasted. I can't believe they give you a pitcherof this stuff for the price. I can't stop eating when I am here. Read more
Delicious food! Everything we ordered was super good. We also really enjoyed their restaurant style salsa. The staff were all so... nice. Bonus they have plastic dividers up and everyone was wearing masks so it felt super safe as well. Also a large outdoorseating area. Super cute restaurant, you’ll feel like you’re on a little getaway-it’s a west side must try! Read more
I have only eaten there once. We went with friends. The service was impeccable. Food was top notch. I have zero complaints.
