I am a GrubHub driver. I had an order at this restaurant and I was told by the employees that another GrubHub person had taken... the order already. The customer had not received that food yet. Sometimes GrubHub drivers might steal the food and/or theGrubHub driver could not deliver the food because of an emergency, flat tire, etc. I am not sure which one happened on this casebut the employees at this restaurant refused to make the food again even though GrubHub was going to credit them for the wholeorder. They have only the drive-thru open so I had to keep coming through the drive-thru as I was talking to GrubHub driver careand the restaurant to try to solve this problem. I was looking through the front window to try to get their attention, at onepoint, and saw a stack of food with a receipt on it and in the bag that look like it could have been the order. This is thefirst time I've ever run into a problem of a restaurant not remaking the order. All other restaurants have no problem to remakethe order and get credit for it. These employees were very rude and told me to contact the GrubHub customer just to tell them toget a refund for the order. Obviously, I did not do that. I truly believe the employees took this order. Originally, one of theemployees told me to have GrubHub call them. I did and the GrubHub driver care said their phone was busy. When I came back totell the employee that the phone was busy she said nothing about it and ignored the question and change the subject. Allrestaurants have a GrubHub tablet and can tap confirmed and order is ready, as I was 2 minutes away from this restaurant theyconfirm this order. So, I know the order came in. They were trying to tell me that the order has to come through again for themto make it again. I don't understand why all these employees are so rude. Ordered food online walked up to the store to pick up food and door were locked. Sign saying " drive thru only" I tried calling... no answer. Walked back home and got my car, because I didn't have the option to cancel my order and get my money back. While Iwas sitting in the drive thru line. Still sat in drive thru line for 20 mins. Very bad experience. Read more

It's not often you get excellent customer service at a drive through, but the few times I've been to Captain D's I was really... impressed with the ladies on speaker. They were friendly and patient. The food is always good. Read more

Anytime it's advertised on your site that one can call in orders, it should be available. It isn't. EVERY time I have called to... check into this, the call was unanswered. Literally 6 different attempts, and no answer. My mother loves your food;that is theonly reason why I go there now, as she is no longer ambulatory. Your food is good, often great. However, your customer serviceneeds to improve. I no longer eat Captain D's because of that. Nor do I recommend your specific location to anyone. You stillhave my mother, though ???? Read more

I drive a semi truck, and went to this location , only to find the A$$HOLE owner only allows drive thru, so my money went... elsewhere. Was going to get the seafood feast, bit went to a Chinese buffet instead. Very good buffet. Read more

Rude drive thru associate I understand they don?t make a living wage & busy hours can get frustrating, however if the company... doesn?t train them then they will never grow as a person. She was so irritated she couldn?t even get the order correct. Thebuilding is falling to pieces the surrounding area looks like a bomb hit it.. the parking lot was so pit holes filled theintercom was so in need of repairs the whole place needs a whole makeover.
