As far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets. The chicken sandwiches, milkshakes and fries are ????????????. This... location is very busy, but always clean and well kept. Also, the workers are courteous and food is always on point. It's trulya pleasure eating there. Read more

I've visited this Chick-fil-A a few times and there's always something wrong. This is not ran like your typical Chick-fil-A. In... the drive thru, they don't have the workers walking up to you and taking your order, you have to go to the speaker to order.They don't have the overflow parking to keep the line moving, and I said thank you a few times to hear the "my pleasure", andnever once heard it. It's those small things that make Chick-fil-A special and unique from any other fast food chains, but thisone is ran like all the others. I?m a Chick-fil-a evangelist. We travel a lot and I can count on one hand the bad Chick-fil-a?s I?ve been to. They are generally... amazingly friendly, clean, and fast. This is a bad one. 11:00 on a Saturday. The vibe of the staff is a little rude. The placeis a mess, and we?re sitting in a nearly empty dining room waiting 20+ minutes for our food. Tl;dr: "I would rather drive an extra quarter hour to the much MUCH better CFA in Milford, and have done so multiple... times..." As far as fast food goes, this is a chick fil a. It's going to be a bit better than everything around it... right?No. I've come to expect more from CFA, but this place is unacceptable even for what's nearby. I would rather visit one of themultiple other food locations nearby. I would rather drive an extra quarter hour to the much MUCH better CFA in Milford, andhave done so multiple times when I really wanted CFA. This CFA takes a lot more time to get my food than others, simply becausethey can't force cars through. The lot and drive thru area are horrendous and need updated for their current 100% drive thruoperation. The line is almost always backed up into the street, interfering with normal traffic. In addition, the food is notas good as other CFA. The fries were severely undercooked one time, and severely overcooked another. They have no concept ofallergies, and my friends and family with such needs simply will not go near this establishment. The staff is a mixed bag. Mostseem to be the general well-mannered and well-trained people I have come to expect at CFA. However, every visit has had at leastone employee I interacted with that made me feel like I was at a McD's from television, with the laxidaisical attitude of boredchildren, regardless of apparent age. After so many tries, over six times, I will not be returning to this CFA, no matter howmuch closer it is to me than others. If I want CFA, I will drive to Milford. I ordered inside. 2 of my 3 requests didn't happen. I got lettuce and tomato on my Chicken sandwich and did not get light ice... on my lemonade. They did get the no whipped topping on my chocolate shake. Not exactly sure where the break down occurred, butfeel like with Chick-fil-A pricing and reputation, I would have liked to have better results when ordering, especially when itis to go!!! Still consider Chick-fil-A top tier when it comes to customer service and food quality. The place is absolutely busy. 30+ minute wait for food. I?m still waiting for my food while I write this. However, watching the... staff work hard specifically Arianna was truly amazing. Her presence, confidence, and leadership are truly inspiring to watch.This Chick-Fil-A is truly lucky to have her on this team. Read more
