Just stopped by to pick up an order. Waited 10 minutes for someone to bring it out so walked in and it was ready on the shelf,... no one there then get back in my car and this guy walks out and starts questioning me, am I a dasher? Is this order for dash?Like shouldn't you know and if you were doing your job the order should've been brought out because I was there not put on theshelf and forget about me and then give me such a hard time for grabbing it. Great food with a hint of southwest. Not a Mexican restaurant, but a tasty Tex Mex instead. The bacon ranch quesadillas were... very tasty and I've loved their southwest egg rolls in the past. people were very friendly although they seemed a bit shortstaffed like everyone these days. Read more
Went here for lunch today on 3/18/22. The service was fast and for the most part nice and friendly and quick. The food was just... average. But the real reason I am writing this review is the atmosphere. This is the most run down restaurant I have been toever. They have booths marked off with tape for safety, our booth was falling apart and kept hitting me in the back of the leg.The ceiling was literally falling down. Speakers and equipment COVERED in dirt and dust. The bathrooms were beyond bad, soapdispensers hanging off of the walls, cracked and missing tile, toilet paper all over the floor, mirrors and paper towel holdersvandalized, rust everywhere. It just made the entire stay unpleasant and we couldn?t wait to leave. I could never trust my foodpreparation when common areas look the way they do. I would not go back to this location unless they shut it down for a completeremodel. Read more
I absolutely love Chill's. I get the same thing everytime I'm there. The three combination Fahjita, chicken, shrimp, and Steak.... Also unsweetened Mango Iced Tea, and any ear of corn. Always good no matter which Chilli's I'm at. Read more
This is going to be a very honest review so prepare yourself. First and foremost our server Kayla was outstanding and very... professional. The problems that followed are not a reflection on her abilities as they were in no way her fault. First andforemost the place is falling apart and it was filthy. It needs to be shut down and either renovated or just completely torndown. The floors and surfaces look like they haven?t been cleaned in weeks. This is probably a staffing issue but it needs to beresolved. Many surfaces had a layer of dust on them that has to have taken months to accumulate. Several booths were out ofservice because they are falling apart, parts of the ceiling are falling in, and the bathroom was a mess. The service appearedto be the best they could do with the staff they had. There just wasn?t enough people and many of them appeared to be brand-newand inexperienced. Again, not their fault as they were trying the best they could. We ended up with someone else?s bill and ittook approximately 45 minutes to correct the issue so we could pay and leave. This was a great stop. Our impromptu lunch was a fantastic experience. We ordered their two for $25 special, my wife had the... chicken fajitas and I enjoyed the margarita chicken. Both were fantastic. We started with the chips and guacamole, the chipswere light and crispy, and the guacamole was scrumptious. Our meal ended with a chocolate chip cookie that was decadant. Waitress never came back to check on me. There were only three tables in her area so not over worked to check on me. Their half... slab of ribs consist of 4 ribs should be at least 6. Also I hate when I have to cash out myself with that machine at table, Ideduct from tip since I am doing part of their job. Read more
