My family and I have spent money here often but for the last few weeks it?s always something. Today it was no chips at 7:45pm... said the chips that they did have was for online orders and then they said they were charging extra for rice and cheese. I have had nothing but negative experiences every time I order online. It seems that if you're not present while your order is... made, they will skimp heavily on the ingredients. Every single online order I've ever made (about 5 so far) has had the sameresult. This will be the last time I order online. For the money Chipotle charges for their food, the least they could do wouldbe to fill the bowl. This is a pathetic $10.00+ bowl. And it's been the same story every single time I've ordered online. Place an order online for pickup and it was ready at the time promised. The portions were very light compared to usual, bowl... was possibly only 2/3 full. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Disappointing visit for a location that is usually very good. Read more
Hey Chipotle. Y'all know this store, and many in Cincinnati are BROKEN. Running on a broken system. Not making food to spec,... apathetic employees, and no leadership or real problem solving. The Question IS... How long you going to run them like this? Just admit it. You probably make more $$$, running a broken restaurant, than a competent one? Right? If your not going to fixthem, Then maybe you just need to admit that to your customers. Doesn't matter to me.
