I Wish i could give this 0 stars. We put in an online order for 3 bowls and a kids meal. All 3 of the bowls were made... incorrectly. It was as if they just threw random toppings on them. I had ordered a veggie bowl and they put meat on it and noguacamole. There was sour cream on a bowl that wasn?t supposed to be there. No lettuce on one and added to another. Place was short staffed tonight (10/23/22,) big bengals game so understandable. You had three women running the whole place... absolutely working their butts off. The employee working the hardest was even pregnant, the manager I assume. They showed agreat attitude and character. I hope chipotle will consider providing extra compensation to them for their dedication and hardwork. They absolutely deserve it. Read more
Just a heads up: No in person orders. Exact cash or card only. Running on a skeleton crew. The staff were working very hard, but... definitely understaffed (so don't be mad at the employees there when they're behind, this is a staffing issue, not lazyworkers). If I could choose 0 stars I would. The last few times I?ve visited this location have been horrible experiences. The inside is... filthy- trash everywhere, no clean tables, no napkins or utensils. Even in the kitchen you see boxes and trash thrown everywhere. Staff is never the same and never friendly. A woman in front of me whose bowl was already made walked out without herfood because after looking around she lost her appetite. This makes me sad to write this review because this is where I?vealways gone, but it has declined significantly in the last year. In addition to the sanitation issues, customer service islacking. I had my son with me and I ordered a cheese quesadilla kids meal, but they were out of small tortillas and refused touse a regular size. They would only make a quesadilla if I ordered it online. So, I place an online order for a cheesequesadilla. 15 mins later got the quesadilla and it was so burnt my son couldn?t even eat it. Read more
Double charged me steak when all I ordered was a steak bowl. The girl Over filled the bowl, next girl in line asks if it's... double and she says yes. I said no I didn't order double she put extra in there, girl rolled her eyes. Next girl tells cashierit's double steak when I did not order double. I will not be back to be ripped off again. If I want double I'll order double. Ifyour store wasn't dirty, Rice cooked and employees not rude you'd make more money instead of charging customers for things theydidn't ask for. Read more
Not only we?re all the tables in the dining room dirty, the floor was also disgusting so we chose not to dine in and just eat at... home instead. I didn?t get her name but the girl who filled my order was extremely rude to me and gave me nasty looks the wholetime I ordered. She has long dark brown hair in a braid and lash extensions. I felt bad for her coworker ringing people up andalso wiping down tables, she barked at him like he was an animal. Her disrespect carried as I watched how she talked to thepeople after me as I was paying. I?ve been to a good bunch of chipotles and I?ve never seen anything like it. I'll be honest. For my first time at the location-I was surprised. The staff was fast and professional. They did ask if I needed... anything else, and to verify what was ordered before adding to the register. That's a 1st. The only thing that bothered me wasthat they gave me a small portion. Unfortunately they only allowed online ordering and it took 15 minutes longer than promised. They forgot the fajita veggies on... both of our meals. For some reason this gets forgotten frequently. I love Chipotle...even more when they get it right. Read more
