This location is truly a hit or miss. Lately it has been HORRENDOUS! If ordering online, expect half the ingredients you... ordered, and half the regular portion sizes. It?s like ordering pizza and then receiving it without any cheese and a coupleslices missing. It?s been super frustrating. Oh and occasionally you will receive the completely wrong order. If you don?t havethe ingredients, then don?t fulfill the order! When you choose your ingredients, remember, to this location it means ?ehhh youcan choose whether you want to put this on or not.? An absolute mystery whether you?re going to get what you ordered. Butthere?s no mystery team to solve this one. No guarantees. I truly never write reviews, so you know it has been bad order afterbad order that has built up for me to waste time to write this thing. Like others have said, this place used to be INCREDIBLEway back when! Don?t know what happened to it. The thing is, when it?s good, it?s really good! Chipotle as a chain is usually a good bet serving delicious food! However, this specific location is not the norm. Staff wasn't... very friendly, accommodating and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. If that's not bad enough, both of our orders weremissing requested ingredients and had ingredients that we did not request. Read more

My experience here has been fantastic. Very polite workers and the portions are very good (in person; have not ordered online).... Where other locations have really started to skimp on portions (here's looking at you, Anderson Town Center!) you get much morebang for the buck here. Don't change! Read more

I ordered through Doordash pickup and let me tell you this burrito was a beast! I got my scale out and this honker weighed 1 lbs... 12oz! It's almost as big as my head. This Chipotle has gone way down hill. We ordered 2 burritos and 2 bowls to go thru online ordering. When we got home my bowl... had a whole (not mashed) half of an avocado with the added bonus of the produce sticker in it! Also the red onion in the salsacame in huge chunks not diced. Stopped for lunch with my husband. The womens bathroom is filthy. It has not seen a cleaning in a long time. The toilet itself... could not be sat on and the trash bin is overflowing. The hand soap canister is almost empty. The floor is also dirty. Management needs to make sure this is done. Read more

I had placed a big catering order and with fajita veggies as one sides. Order was for 15 but they gave me enough veggies for... about 3 people. I asked the manger about it and she responded ?that?s all you ordered? which want correct based on the sizes ofall the other sides.
