I just left this Chipotle and the manager has the African American girl the only one taking orders and she has great customer... service. I ask for the manager and he comes out and I give the young lady a compliment and he dose not acknowledge me didn?teven look at me. She needs a raise the manager doesn?t know how to manage. He needs to be demoted and retrained on customerservice. Read more

Employees were in a bad mood, only 4 people in the store (manager included) for a line that was almost out the door. I dont... blame the employees for being in a bad mood. I would be too if i was handling $1000 lunches with a skeleton crew. The one staris for upper management to actually get some staff for the store so they can actually handle the business that comes in.Incredibly bad look for the area coach/above restaurant leaders. They should 100% be in this store helping with the amount ofbusiness coming in. Every single employee looked overworked. Do you guys even have a competent above restaurant leaders for thislocation? Its actually despicable theres no one trying to help this store. Its obvious theyre struggling. Read more

I love Chipotle, but this location is really struggling. I don?t know if they?re short staffed or what. We typically order... online and it is never on the to-go shelf so we have to flag someone down every time. Our food has been cold the last two timeswe picked up. Today, the guacamole on top of my burrito bowl is primarily just half of an avocado that hasn?t been mashed at allwith brown spots throughout. Please change something because what you?re doing isn?t working. It?s getting to the point that wedon?t want to order from this location anymore. Read more

I love Chipotle, but this time is about the customer service, the lady at front was so slow and seems like she was in a bad... mood because didn't even said hi or thank you. Also the counter where they put the food was dirty and even a fly was around thefood. The fridge was half empty they didn't have chips and juices stocked. A total mess, very disappointing. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This location used to be the best throughout now it?s become one of the worst. 1.very rude... staff other then the young lady at the register. The 2 on the line were very rude and their portions were ridiculous! 2.verydisrespectful and unprofessional MANAGER! I asked to speak to a manager about the portions and the lady just yelled at me andturn around without saying anything. The line was very long on 9/4/2022 and they were just standing there people were walkingout because they could not move down the line. Very disappointed with this location. Read more

Never again. Was in line and an argument broke out between a customer and employee at the counter. It turned into a shouting... match all along the line is stopped for 5 mins while this is going on. Finally the manager comes out and it gets even moreheated. The line is backed up out the door and people start leaving. I don't get why they didnt pull the customer to the sideand continue service. After standing in line for almost 15 minutes and barely moving, I left. I remember last time I was thereit was some problem and I said to myself I wouldn't go to that location again. But I forgot about it until I was just thereagain! But seriously, what happened and how it happened and how it didn't get taken care of was unacceptable, and a lot ofpeople's time was wasted standing in that line. Never again. Read more

Havent been here in a while because you guys don't ever have your act together. Line out the door of people actually in the... store, and we are prioritizing the web orders? That's seems ridiculous, but what do I know? I do know that once I get my foodI'm out for a while. Food flavor in this restaurant has never been a problem. Chipotle (and this location) is very consistent with its food quality.... Quality control is a different topic when it comes to portions. I ordered a bowl and a side of queso and it felt like I hadordered half of everything because plates came pretty empty. This was very disappointing for what has normally been a positiveexperience. Giving some grace because of the many times that they have done it right, but these extra small portions should notbe happening. Read more
