I thought the food was a great value for the price but honestly the drink station was absolutely silly. No carbonated beverages... were working and the ice was super jacked up. Place was very clean including bathrooms, staff was friendly. Food was good asked if we wanted any special kind of pizza and... they made it right away. Had to wait for someone to come check us in because they were off doing something else. This happenedto several people when they came in. Felt pricing was good, will go back again. Read more
We drove from Columbus just to have Cici's! Not only were impressed by the cleanliness and variety of pizza available, but the... manager- Rob was super friendly. Pizza buffet isn?t the worst. Pizza could be freshened up more often. The color scheme of the seating area is cute and was well... cleaned. Most of the employees here seemed to be just depressed and unhappy to be there. Not friendly of customer-oriented atall. The white pasta sauce is the worst. Took out our family of four for under $30! Just went here with the kids because momma was not with us. You're going to get what... you pay for so the expectations are not super high. But, when you're not worried about the greatest quality and a fun place totake the kids without breaking the bank, this would be the place. When I talk about the quality, it should be clear that I'm notsaying it's bad quality, you can just tell that the food is not made with the most expensive ingredients. Everything is stillfresh and tasty. Not my favorite but the kids love it so we hit this spot every now and then. We usually choose healthieroptions, however, when mom is out of town it's okay to bend the rules on occasions ???? Love that they have a salad bar and apossible bar on top of a row full of pizzas. My biggest complaint when I go here is they don't put out the really good pizzasunless you ask for them. The deep dish pizza is truly the best.
