We went with another couple to try the seafood boil for the 1st time. The location was very easy to find and we made it in... before the dinner crowd. The atmosphere was good and we loved the giant lifelike aquariums on the wall. My fiancé & I orderedthe 1st combo and shared it. We did add extra crab, shrimp, boiled eggs, potatoes & sausage along with the hush puppies for anappetizer. We did the mix all for flavoring and chose medium for the heat level which added just enough kick to the meal. Thefood was hot, tasty and very good! I do have to agree with some of the other comments about the 18% gratuity. I can understandwith possibly a larger party but we were a party of 4. We were left unattended needing drinks a couple times and it would benice to tip what you thought the wait staff should receive if the service is sub par! I definitely don?t mind if it?s goodservice and will tip additional for excellent service all day long but having the option would definitely be nice. Read more
I'd been wanting to try this place for awhile, my husband was a lil apprehensive. We finally went and it was SOOO WORTH... IT!!! He got the Cod Basket with Cajun Fries, he'd been on the hunt for a good fish & chips. He found it!! I got the CincySpecial and chose the Green Mussels & Snow Crab Legs and added an egg with the garlic butter. It was so good & fresh, that Iforgot we were in Ohio!! The interior was quite a classy beautiful surprise!! Though, I must say, we were the only people inthere at 7:30PM on a Wednesday night and we were kinda worried ???? Wow! I didn't really know what to expect with this place, I just went in knowing I love seafood. I was not disappointed. Best... lobster I've had! Very very messy to eat tho, just as a heads up. Read more
The calamari was very good, tentacles very small, but the marinara sauce came out cold in a package like a pudding cup. We... ordered the largest combo and added an extra lobster tail. The boil was nice and hot but had wayyy too much salty seasoning onit and wayyy too much boil juices in the bag. When we opened it and dumped it the juice went everywhere even on the floor.Luckily, I moved fast enough. Next time I will just ask for everything steamed with garlic butter on the side. Cost wasextremely expensive but we already knew that going in. I didn't like that every check had an 18% gratuity added. I like to givemy server more or less based on the service. After all this is a restaurant and a service establishment. Our server was verysweet when she came to our table which wasn't enough, so service would get a 6 out of 10....Food...8 out of 10. The place it?s gorgeous very well designed. The customer service is horrible, our waitress was rude as can be, seem force to... have to be there. they have an 18% mandatory gratuity (which is what my family of 6 usually tip since we are a bigger thanaverage family. )so the waitresses have no incentive to be courteous since they will be getting a tip either way. The food wasaverage. It?s filling but it?s not great . The prices I believe are about the same as the competition surrounding the area. Theonly reason we came here because our go to place Million Crab was close. Drive to West Chester to Million crab and you?ll getgood service and great tasting food. If management reads this, we were in to dine on 12/28/21 at 6:30pm. Please teach your staffto be courteous and attentive to the clients also would help if the waitress doesn?t expect you to scream your order as shestands by the computer . Read more
My husband and I was our first time and some of our family been coming back multiple times already. The place is very well... decorated it?s really nice inside and also it?s clean. professional service thankful for our server that day she was veryhelpful. I was calling for a reservation with no problem at all lot?s of places that don?t take any reservations. Above all thefood was very fresh my husband and I shared the combo2 it was a lot of food so perfect for two persons or even 3 all mixes sauceon medium was tasty and the best!!! Awful. Fried rice had chemical taste & was the microwaved kind. Order the whiting/wing dinner. Wings were absurdly large and... tough. Whiting was cut into 3 inch pieces. I was given 2 of those as my "whiting". None of it tasted good. Onion rings tastedchemical as well. Waste of money. My friend swears there was no liquor in his drink. Paid the bill and 18% gratuity happilyknowing I'd never return. Don't see them being in business for long. Read more
