The food is amazing but 10/10 do not recommend ordering unless your going to order and pick up in person. Almost every time I... order on door dash they cancel my order after the dasher has already arrived to get my food. This has ruined my lunch hour onmultiple occasions. I don?t know if they need to invest in a better system or what but I won?t be ordering from here for a longwhile unless I?m picking my food up and ordering in person. Read more
First time having this as I'm from out of town. We ordered delivery it came in a timely fashion. The fries and the chicken... sandwich were my favorite parts. The city sauce was a good addition would get it again as a late night snack. Our tenders were atad spicy i think they may have thrown in the spicy tenders by accident. Read more
***UPDATED REVIEW: Ms. Elizabeth Wagner, director of training, contacted me personally and made it right. She apologized... profusely for the error to our orders, and since speaking with her every order coming from OTR City Bird has been correct for mybrother. She mailed us meal tickets to use in store, and I?m very satisfied with the response. So is my brother :) I absolutelyhate this restaurant, particularly this store. The Crestview Hills store is fine. Unfortunately they are out of our deliveryarea and this one is the only one that will deliver to us via door dash. This store continually forgets food, usually a sideorder of fries, nearly every time we order. My younger autistic brother loves this place and is very picky - the only reason wecontinue to order from here. I am so fet up with this place. Calling them does no good. Emailing corporate does no good. I canrequest a refund, but door dash won?t refund the delivery fee. So even if I went to reorder the item they originally forgot, I?dstill have to pay delivery again. Ugh!!!!!!!!! This places owes us so many orders of French fries, I could build a damn bridgeto France and get them myself. Read more
This was the Large Pack I received on my pickup order. $15.35 supposed to contain 8 to 9 tenders and I only got 5! Fries at the... bottom of the basket were also hard. You can tell the workers in front don?t like their job. Not sure why they work there butanyways. They lack customer service skills. They don?t ever greet you. Just ask if you have a pickup. But only after you?vewaited 8 to 10 minutes. I love the food but was so disappointed this time around. City Bird lost a loyal customer tonight. Read more
