I used to be a huge fan... seems like they lack a serious identity. This location did not want to serve steak as they shut down... the grill at 8:20pm. (Opened until 9pm) The girl taking my order was rude. One occasion they scaped meat off the dirty counterand put it in my bowl. The steak has been cold. Rice stale and hard. They've removed most of the sauces, veggies and severalmeat items that drew me to the restaurant. I mean, how expensive is it to carry teriyaki sauce? On multiple occasions whenentering at 830ish, they are out of ingredients. I think if you are opened until 9pm, serve your menu until 9pm. That was mylast visit. Shame. Read more

I had an amazing experience here. The workers were extremely friendly and the food was delicious.
This chain restaurant is quickly becoming our favorite vegan quick dining option in Cincinnati. I typically will build my own... bowl - always including farro, curried chickpeas and the mango salsa.
