I used to be a huge fan... seems like they lack a serious identity. This location did not want to serve steak as they shut down... the grill at 8:20pm. (Opened until 9pm) The girl taking my order was rude. One occasion they scaped meat off the dirty counterand put it in my bowl. The steak has been cold. Rice stale and hard. They've removed most of the sauces, veggies and severalmeat items that drew me to the restaurant. I mean, how expensive is it to carry teriyaki sauce? On multiple occasions whenentering at 830ish, they are out of ingredients. I think if you are opened until 9pm, serve your menu until 9pm. That was mylast visit. Shame. Read more

This chain restaurant is quickly becoming our favorite vegan quick dining option in Cincinnati. I typically will build my own... bowl - always including farro, curried chickpeas and the mango salsa. Ok, I am down with Churrito. The ingredients are fresh and of great quality. The chips I ordered were warm and delicious. Their... ambiance is cool and they have free WiFi. For regular customers, there's a rewards program. The woman who helped me at thecounter got yelled at by the guy who finished making my salad. He appeared to be angry about something because he slammed thecabinet door underneath the serving counter. Otherwise the staff seem to be mostly engaged. The drink selection is a littlestrange but it may be because they carry PepsiCo products. I would recommend this to friends or family who want a fast casualdining experience. Read more
