We arrived right when they opened. I didn't eat any pizza but it looked amazing and everyone else said it was delicious. They... hand toss the dough. You could see them through a window into the kitchen. I had a sausage Calzone. It was great. The sausagewasn't spicy which I always worry about when ordering sausage. It was perfect. We have been driving over an hour to Dewey's Pizza for about 16 years now. I think that makes us devoted Dewey's lovers! We each... have a different pizza that we love best but we all agree that the handmade crust and fresh toppings are worth each trip. Myfavorite is the Edgar Allan Poe, which starts with an olive oil and garlic base (this is their white sauce) then they top with mozzarella and fontina cheese, big pieces of roasted garlic, kalamata olives, mushrooms, and goat cheese, it's topped withtomatoes after the bake. I went in for a salad which was perfect. While there the marketing team was doing a photo shoot for a new pizza near the table I... chose to sit at. Stephanie, from the marketing team, apologized and asked if they would be interrupting my lunch. I told her notat all. Upon me finishing my salad, Stephanie came over and invited me back to try the new pizza in August and offered me a $25gift card. I thought that was a really thoughtful and kind gesture. I accidentally ordered a regular pizza when I meant to order a gluten free crust (I have a wheat allergy). They were very... understanding and had a gluten free pizza ready for me in 10 minutes. Excellent food and service at this location. I have been here numerous times and the location does not disappoint. The calzone... that I had was very good. A staff members came by numerous times to check on you and do drink refills. Overall a greatexperience and I would not hesitate to come back. Read more
Deweys pizza was delicious and the service was super friendly! They had a tasty pizza and the crust was crispy and very soft and... buttery. We were seated very quickly and really enjoyed our time there. There was no outdoor seating and the restaurant itselfdid not see a tremendous number of people. Only complaint was that there was quite a bit of noise because of the number ofpeople and the music. Overall, it was a great experience and the pizza was good. Read more
One of the best pizza restaurants in the country (not just in Ohio). They are very customer friendly. They will mix and match... any toppings in any style of pizza with any sauce of your choice. The waiters are attentive. Two thumbs up!! Read more
