Ordered from there. Food was never delivered so i called and the line kept disconnecting so i drove up there and the store is... closed . Now i cant get anyone on the phone to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Read more

Location closed when hours states it should be open. We called and placed an order. Did not realize that a call center took the... orders, not the actual store. The call center had no clue the store was closed and their system stated the store was open when Icalled back. We placed our order on the first call, waited 20 min. Went to pick up the order and no one was there. No cars, nopeople, no lights. Not even a note on the door stating that they were closing early. We called back when we saw this and theysaid it should be open and there was nothing they could do. Read more

Overpriced and below standard. Placed an order and gave specific directions, which were ignored, on how to get here.. we're 5... minutes up the road and it's been an hour and a half.. my one pizza was 30 dollars. Now the habeeb call center won't answer mycalls. Never thought I'd see shady behavior from a pizza joint....... Pizza finally showed up at room temperature and didn'tinclude the pickled peppers that I emphasized weren't the sliced jalapenos to the call center rep who reassured me that he knewwhat I was talking about but didn't.. instead I got a little side cup of sliced jalapenos like I repeatedly said to the guy Ididn't want. These guys are clowns and domino's is a joke. You can't even call the store that made your pizza to complain. Youhave to deal with 2 or 3 call center reps before finally getting to someone that will do something with your complaint and theyhope you give up on it before leaving a bad review. Read more

Poor staffing. No response frome calling about our order. Driiver had 10 plus deliveries at a time in his car. Ours showed up... ice cold. Had to make an alternative meal for my daughter because it was an hour and a half late. Drove to the store and theywouldn't give a refund, I also returned the pizza whole to no avail. Manager seem very spaced out an not responsible for theiractions on answering the phone. I'm sure that everyone else order o lf this night was cold and not satisfactory. Read more

ordered 4 pizzas and 2 sprites online, only for the driver to drop the pizzas off on the porch and leave before i make it to the... door. come to find out they forgot the 2 sprites, so i call them.. 5 times, to try to get a hold of the store, with no success.(the call directory realizes that i recently had an order there, but cant redirect me when their store isn't picking up and endscall instead) Did get one directory lady and told her about the situation and she apologizes before redirecting me, and still noanswer into a call end. Finally, had to drive up to the store (completely negates the point of having it delivered in the firstplace) where i confront the staff about the situation. the lady had the nerve to tell me that i cant get a refund on it tonightbecause they don't do same day refunds for orders, and asked me to call back tomorrow. I ask her how can i call when you don'teven answer ya phone? Hence, why i am here in the first place. She apologies again and explains that they don't even have anysprites in stock currently. I ask if i can take 2 cherry cokes instead and she says ok. I tell them to answer the d**n phonenext time, and leave. This is BY FAR the worst experience i have ever had with "credible" pizza chain. I've always had good pizza from here. Lately this store is very busy and the employees sometimes forget little things like the... cups of dipping sauces or putting sauce on your pizza. Sometimes the sauce is only in the middle of the crust and not all theway to the edge of the crust. I would also urge people to order online and not by phone. When they are BUSY they wont take phoneorders and some of the employees will come across as rude telling you they aren't taking phone orders. I'm one of many who wontmind waiting two extra minutes for my order to be done right. I know when you are busy the stress levels rise. Take a moment tofocus and do it right. And thank you for making the best pizza. And like every other business out there they currently arehaving trouble keeping employees and getting people to apply for the open positions. Unfortunately like a lot of places theturnover rate here is very high. Read more

Order a large pizza could barely get the pieces apart because it was tough. Cheesy bread that only 2 pieces had cheese on them.... We could have dealt with that but also ordered a hoagie with pizza sauce, tomato, and cheese with no onion. The hoagie came withonion, banana peppers and pepperoni and no sauce. Tried to call and all you do is sit on hold and eventually hang up. I knewthere was a reason I quit ordering from them. Read more

Wow is all I can say. So employees were rude like they were mad we even ordered. The one that rang us up didn't say not a word... but my total, and I know it's supposed to be contactless but u could at least put my order where u can reach it and not tryingto catch my extra sauces while reaching up and under your glass to get it, and he even shut his drawer and walked into theoffice with again not a word before I could even reach to get our order. Then to receive a more dough then anything pizza forone. Again wow! Read more
