I?ve decided to ?cut all ties? (as the store manager Jeff put it) this store is so careless about customer satisfaction. I... definitely recommend choosing another location if you like Domino?s. I personally will not spend any more money at any. This onein particular skimpy on the servings. For example: the crust was so thin on 3 hand tossed pizzas the last time I ordered thatthe pizza couldn?t be held. On my order today I had a mistake we made ordering online (which can be difficult and tricky) Itried talking with Jeff to figure a solution but he said buy the pizzas that they made or nothing! He said I should ?cut myties?. Don?t go here! They?re not trying to make you good pizza, they only want to take your money for as less food aspossible. Worst hoagy I've had from domino's. Bun was hard as a rock. Toppings at a min. Whole thing was dry
Pizza was fine, but ordered a salad and the lettuce was all brown and slimy, it was expired!!! By 3 days!! I called a few hours... after the order was dropped off because we were in the middle of painting, so we finished up and cleaned up...and the managerrefused a refund, said I called to late. I even offered to send pics, I never even opened it. She offered store credit, like Iwould want to order there again. Then told me the salads are pre packaged, like that should matter. Tried to be reenbused from a dipp that was so burnt I could not scrape it with a fork. Called today never heard of my situation.... I have 2 pizzast for free they can put it anywhere put there mouth. Read more
Usually I love Domino's but every order from this location has been COMPLETELY HORRIBLE! Food portions almost half the normal... size, made/dressed poorly, either burnt or undercooked. Read more
Went in for carryout, no one greeted me. Another customer already waiting. Everyone running around like chickens with their... heads cutoff. I patiently waited for about 10 minutes while pizzas are sliding around and boxes getting folded up around them.Saw a pan pepperoni with a giant bubble in the center, can't believe they send it out like that. Finally I asked if any of thenumerous pizzas in the waiting area are for me. A drive standing there is like, oh I've got it in my delivery bag. I've workedpizza Delivery a few decades ago, I don't know how that even happens. It should be clearly marked carryout. Got home and ofcourse bubbles and one of our bread stick orders was wrong.
