Ordered online , normally take 10 minutes. Well this time took 45 minutes for a carrout order. Got a 2 topping pizza pepperoni... and pineapple. Well when I got home it had jalapeños on it !!! The crew here are definitely fetting it done, even being short on help. I gave a 4, because when ordering online, you can't... customize your hoagie order, or pizza. ie..it doesn't allow you to substitute items. The mgr on duty, didn't seem to care. Read more

I am editing my review, we ordered tonight, our main dishes were fine could have been hot but ok, we ate our main dishes then... went for dessert and was disappointed, I order the brownie cookie all the time and never seen one that looks like it wasn't doneand burnt at the same time, it was soggy and greasy not sure if a bite was token or not, I called to complain which is somethingI don't do but felt it was necessary today, well the person answer heard me out and then told me that it comes in pre cooked andall they do is warm it up and that I can get a One time credit for it, didn't offer to remake and acted like a was a problemcustomer, I won't be going back, there are other pizza chains that can have my money, here Is a pic of what was sent to me.
