This has to be one of the worst customer service of any restaurant I've dealt with! I ordered @12:14am. I had an issue with my... card because Capital One noticed that my card was being used out of state thinking it was stolen. Okay cool, I immediately getthat squared away and turns out it was approved. I called to check on my order, I got no answer. I decided to wait until theexpected delivery time passed. No phone pickup or food drop off until 2:28. I get a call at 2:29 saying that they are on thereway with my order... I told her to cancel it, I'm going to sleep. I?m not sure how I forgot my previous train-wreck of a delivery experience from this location, but I did until I was reliving it... again. I ordered a pizza and received roughly an hour estimate. After an hour I tried calling - fully prepared to pickup thepizza myself - but nobody answered. I finally got a call from the driver after 2 and a half hours that she had arrived. The nailin the coffin was how underbaked the pizza was. When you picked up a slice, all the toppings slid off the pizza and back intothe box. Ordered specialty pizza and it should have had beef, black Olives, ham, mushrooms, extra cheese but it on has mashrooms and... extra cheese ???? I don?t think they do qualify check at all. Read more
First visit at this location. Nothing against the only worker here but the wait time is a bit long, during my wait to have my... order taken two other individuals have up and left without placing their order. I stuck it out and it took quite a while toplace my order but that's when I noticed this person was working alone. I would think this being the downtown restaurant therewould be at least a couple of workers so there wouldn't be lost customers due to the ridiculous wait time. If this is the ownerand your having trouble getting any help I'm proud of you trying to handle it on your own. If not the owner then why are you nothere helping your only employee make your business work? That employee deserves a raise for putting up with this lack of concernfor there hard work and dedication. The loss of customers is your own fault. If your trying to keep the staff low to save moneyyour making a huge mistake, i.e. two potential customers walked out, lets say the average of $20 per then you lost $40 in 10minutes. Ordered delivery. Pizza was in quality check for 50 minutes and the delivery driver never came. Had to walk 30 minutes to pick... it up myself. Once I got home with my order, (gluten free pizza and jalapeño bacon breadsticks) I opened the box to find someplain bread with no toppings, and a penne pasta. I?m expecting a full refund.
