Your online ordering doesn't work half the time and when it does it wont let me pay cash or use a regular credit card and if you... have to call in the order then you cant use the coupons because your site is messed up! Last 3 times now, looks like its time tofind a new pizza place! Read more
I ordered online about 30 minutes before they closed. When I arrived at the drive thru window my pizza was hot, ready and... delicious. I was given cups, plates & plenty of napkins?. Best Domino?s pizza and service I?ve ever had. Read more
My mistake on a couple of items -- however online ordering systems have several gaps and errors (bonuses not showing in areas,... no extra topping option on non-pizza items, etc.). Things could be improved. Other than that, this domino's is decent. Goodservice. Navigating the drive thru can be tricky, use caution. Read more
Springfield Pike. Very disappointed because the drive-thru sensor doesn't work when you get to the weight window so I sat in my... car for 15 to 20 minutes trying to get the attention of someone behind the window that I was sitting and waiting. This was alsounnecessary because when I had ordered I put in for pickup but the location had the doors locked. Also, the pizza turned out tobe mid. Don't go to this particular store unless you want to pay almost 5 times the original price. U was charged almost 50 dollars for... 2 medium pizzas and order cheesey bread. When I called about this the manager hung up on me not once but 3 times. The service atthis store is horrible and the management shouldn't ever be in this type of position. So if you order from this store then makesure you keep track of your credit card statement afterwards. It's been a month and I've yet to be reimbursed.. Read more
Personally I don't REALLY care for Domino's, however I will eat it in a pinch because they're open late and relatively... inexpensive. With that said, last night was a fiasco (but it wasn't entirely their fault). I ordered using the mobile app, whichis definitely legit. The ONLY issue is that I ordered 4 of the bottled Minute Maid Fruit Punch drinks and not only dud they nothave 4... THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY IN THE STORE PERIOD. So, instead of being refunded they compensated me with more wings. **Note:Umm... ALWAYS ask for your wings to be well-done. Always!** Customer service was on point.
