Rating the pizza: It's dominos so yea it's so/so Rating the customer service: There aren't enough negative words to properly... describe the experience you'll have at this store. Absolute JOKE. Abysmal. Their manager couldn't care less either. They answerthe phone if you are lucky, as soon as they assess it's a complaint you'll here, "can I put you on hold?" then you'll never beable to get an answer again. I ordered a pizza from here at 8:59pm on a Sunday w/ estimated 23-33minutes for delivery. Thepizza was delivered at 11:40pm that Sunday night. Almost 3 hours later. After an hour I called the store 7 times with no answer.They were closed on Monday so I waited until Tuesday to call only to be put on hold. I called back 14 times (no exaggeration)with no answer. I waited until the afternoon at 4pm for a lazy voice to tell me "there's nothing we can do call your bank to geta refund." Call my bank? For a PIZZA ORDER??? We've lost. I get it man you probably don't love being a store manager of aDominos but you are and therefore you have a job to do. Least you could do is do it RIGHT. Also Dominos app sucks and they justmove blame around til you get tired and stop chasing down a refund. Just order La Rosas like a good Cincinnatian and leave thesePizza Chain jokes to the poor saps who don't know any better. Read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I usually order Papa John's which is just the next light up. However today my husband wanted to try... Domino's.He placed his order around 6:30pm it said the order should be DELIVERED at 6:50pm. We didn't get our order until 8pm.And to make matters worse the pizza was cold ( we had to reheat the pizza)and the driver had the nerve to act like he had anattitude when he dropped it off. Ordered a vegetarian pizza (I do not eat meat) 12/21 around 6pm. By 8pm, I?m experiencing stomach cramps and passed out from the... pain (definitely from the pizza). I sleep half the night, the other time I?m throwing up and on the toilet. I finally wake up at11a and happen to inspect the pizza - there?s MEAT on it!! Instantly I throw it away (rightfully so). I call the store and speakto Heather to inform her of the troubles I?ve had in the past 15 hrs and she says there?s nothing she can do because I hadplenty of time to call and complain, or return the pizza back to them and she?ll give me a remake?! ?We don?t give out freepizzas? She was hella insensitive and lacked compassion for the food poisoning I?m experiencing. I?ve thrown up 5 times and havebeen to the toilet at least 10. If I wanted to pay for a laxative, I would have went to Walgreens. Currently on the phone withcorporate - I?ll be calling my lawyer next if things aren?t tremendously rectified and their so called policies aren?t fixed tocater to their food allergy customers. I feel very uncomfortable writing a bad review during a national labor shortage and global pandemic. I am also a small business... owner and was raised by restaurant owners. My husband worked in a pizza shop for 11 years. But this is the final time I can bedisrespected by the staff at this establishment. We live less than .3 miles from the store. Tonight's order is ridiculous. Weordered online for delivery since I'm home alone with a small infant. I called when I saw the long wait time and was going tochange to pick up for my husband on the way home and add a soda. The store informed me that the order had already left. 42 minslater we call the store and ask why we have seen the only driver pass our home TWO times in the last 30 mins. We ask the storemanager how the routes are tabulated and if he can guarantee our food to be warm and fresh. He doesn't apologize or give us anyhelp. Says eh... it depends... wow. He says give him a bit he should be there. We ask again how our food will be? He says...shouldn't be too bad- I mean should be fine... wow. The food is still not here. Absolutely not okay. Even a small I am sorry weare understaffed and we apologize for the wait. Literally no understanding or kindness. Then they end the phone call by hangingup not even saying goodbye. I'm just shocked. We lived in Manhattan for years and the customer service was better from the worstjoints you can imagine. Read more
