Domino's you failed again. Both my specialty pizzas were not made correctly. Too bad because I love Domino's but this location... never makes my food right. Not ordering here again until they improve their staff and make pizzas as their customersordered. Your automatic replies are meaningless and do not make me want to come back. It was ok. The guy ask which car I would be in and so I showed him right outside the door. He said 10 mins it would be ready ,so... 30 mins later I went in to see what the hold up was and my food had been sitting there so I guess I misunderstood thinking hewas bringing it to the car when ready. Got my Mom out of the hospital at 12:20 in the morning and an ambulance was taking her back to the nursing home. She had talked... nonstop about being hungry. I called domino's hoping I could get a pizza that hadn't been picked up since I figured they wereclosing and this really nice lady (I am only sorry i didn't get her name,but i will be going back to store to get it) answeredand said they were open until 2am. She made me a fresh pizza had plates and napkins ready when I got there. It was steaming hotwhen I got it back to my Mom. She eat almost half of the large pizza and said it hit the spot. I will be writing a letter tocorporate and the store to let them know how great she was. I did pay for the pizza and gave the girl a 20% tip put wish I couldhave given her more. Placed an order tonight, said it was being prepared at 6:45 I go to check status again at 7:28 and it says ORDER CANCELLED no... phone call letting me know, no nothing just order cancelled without letting me know! I'll never order from this place againridiculous! They just need to close this location this has happened more than once! Read more
I ordered pasta for carryout. I picked it up literally as they finished my order. Thankfully I looked at it before I left. It... was so dry half the noodles were crusty. They told me they have to measure the sauce and were unwilling to address the issue. I get that you have to measure the sauce, that is a dominos problem but the person who addressed me was not helpfull at all andtold me I they made another one it would look exactly the same. So I had a friend of mine order a pizza from this location at 6:27pm online tonight. After an hour, come to find out, the order... had to be remade. That was fine, but when the food got here it was cold and yes I have a picture and no I wouldn?t feed it tothe homeless. So I called back explaining the food was cold, without asking for a refund, because I was starving. I was told at8:34pm, from the fill in manager/supervisor Savannah, that the order would be to my address ASAP and apologized. I called againat 9:10pm asking for my refund, Savannah stated she didn?t have the drivers number and it was already refunded. It actuallywasn?t because I paid cash. After waiting to get ahold of the driver, Savannah says the GM reached out and with an attitude ?Idon?t know what to tell you? because I asked HOW LONG EXACTLY!! Rude right? The best part is when the driver arrived she slowlygets out the car and I say ?25?, because that?s what I gave my friend for the $21 order. The driver says with a straight face ?Ican?t return a tip? ????. My response was ?You?ll be returning the money that came out of my pocket? and with a disgusted lookshe hands me the money. When I order from this place during the day, I get something akin to the photo on the left(source is their website) When I... order any time past 6 pm, I get the photo on the right. Not saying this is a bad location... just saying it's a bad location ifyou're hungry late at night. Read more
